The Space: ***The pool is open from Memorial Day (late May, 2024) to Labor Day and is not heated.*** Main house: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space? No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool, open Memorial Day to Labor Day! House 2: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space? NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in a quiet area of Savannah, about 12 miles to downtown. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code.
