Big rooms. Great location by the lake.
The shower pressure was poor!

Great location for exploring Toronto and near lake for views.
On first night we had to request a change of sheets due to cleanliness. Also asked for no housekeeping as we would be out following day and came back and had to wait as housekeeping were there.

- L’emplacement était idéal, pas trop loin du départ du marathon
- Le lit était très confortable
- Rien de particuliers à signaler

Extremly expenisve for whatever it offers

Location was good near the marina. Some of the other attractions as CN tower were also nearby. This has made for a good night out in Toronto.
Staff is generally rude. The hotel is dirty, you think you walked into a hostel. In fact it's actually gross. It would not hurt them to tidy up the place. Restaurant does not even offer breakfast buffet. And what I have seen on the plates of other customers can be had in the bin at the back of McDonald's Whoever is running the hotel is sure running it into the ground.

Superb location near water and many important sights.
Bed was comfortable but don’t prefer a pillow top
Clean and quiet
Looked for a newspaper to buy and asked the staff where to do so. They did not know.
Store attached did not sell a paper but did tell me that a Starbucks a long block away did sell one.

Location is great, within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast was not included, but it was delicious. Personal was really polite. View from the room was nice.
Rooms could have been a little bit more clean. Overall everything was good.

Free upgrade because better rooms available for our length of stay that were vacant.

The location was great, very friendly staff at check in and poolside. Incredible view of the CN tower right from the pool, and nice views of lake Ontario too. I particularly liked the pool, and the poolside servers were very friendly and accomodating, offering to make me food that wasn't even on the menu. I really appreciated it as I hit the pool right after a long-haul flight and I was tired and in need of something decent after a day of airline food. I felt welcomed and appreciated.
The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant, particularly the service. The person serving me didn't even look at my face when taking my order and was perfunctory when inquiring if the breakfast was okay (it was cold, small and sub par, particularly the coffee, and he only checked after I had finished). The server was from the maritimes originally (I overheard him chatting with some customer he deemed acceptable to look in the face). I thought maritimers were supposed to be friendly? Even if he was busy and stressed, that's not the customer's problem. I saw him ignoring other customers too. One shouldn't pick and choose whom to be friendly with when serving people, especially when what you're serving isn't that great in the first place!

Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Impeccably clean. Friendly staff.
Lack of cups and glasses.
Nearly impossible to get the shampoo, conditioner and shower get out of the containers at the shower area.
Expensive compared to similar hotels.

Sheets were not changed at all during a 4 night stay. On 2 days towels were not provided & tea/coffee not replenished. Had to ask for water and cups every day. Housekeeping really let it down

When I booked this for my sister and my new brother in law , it clearly states no prepayment and they/we/ or myself would pay on checkout
When my sister and my brother in law got there, the front desk asked for them to pay. It was the most inconvenience thing that could happen to a newly wed.
