Our getaway

We really enjoy celadon, the condo is always clean, good location, love that we get two beach chairs, and everything we need is available

We chose a bad week to go, next time we won't be there during biker's week, didn't get much sleep, the couch could use some cleaning as well , usually the bed is comfy but this one, not so much

Location on beach

Signage. Difficult to find. Parking across street. Method of parking payment didn't work. Had to cut stay short and was refused a refund.

I was comfortable during the stay.

The size of the pools. To me there was not anything really special about the room. It was nice and clean.

I did not like having to fix the toilet from running all the time. There should be no slip pieces in the bathtub. The closet door hit the bedside table in the bedroom and would not open all the way. I did not like having to walk across the street for the bigger pool.

it was clean, had to bathrooms, on the beach, parking garage.

No one in the lobby, no restaurant or grocery store.

We had a great room in the perfect condo for us.

Short distance from room to beach. Room was nice and comfy. Chair service was great. Pools are nice. Location wasn't too crowded. Our stay was great!

Communication with vacasa and booking was confusing. I kept getting emails that my payment didn't go through even though it did. Parking instructions could be clearer. We didn't know if we were supposed to park under the condo or across the street.

elevator wait time. vending machines didn’t work. roaches bed was hard as a rock. rather slept on sand.

Overall, a nice place but not sure if I’ll stay there again.

It was comfortable and spacious for family.

When checking in, the code to open door did not work. It took an hour and a half before I could get somebody to help me over the telephone due to there being nobody on site. Out of three elevators only two were working so we had to wait for an elevator on going down. On our last day, only one elevator was working, so we had to use the stairs each time we went down to the beach or our vehicle. Need more elevators to reduce wait time. Also the kitchen wasn’t as clean as I expected. The garbage deposal had food in it that you could see and the dry mat used to place the dishes on when finished washing them was filthy. The the refrigerator had handprints all over the outside.

We’ll Be Back….

1203 is well appointed with a full size washer/dryer, recently remodeled, a spotlessly clean. We have already booked a return stay.

You can hear the elevators from the bedroom at night. Thankfully, it’s not an all night problem.

the elevators were not working/not working well a majority of our trip but they were working hard to fix them and did get them fixed for the last 2 days of our stay - which made it much nicer to come and go to the beach /pool/or out on the town ~

The location was amazing!

The toilet paper.. it was very hard paper. The bed mattress wasn’t exactly comfortable. The bed could use a mattress topper.

It was nice (thanks to the weather) but extremely uncomfortable.

The location is perfect. The parking garage had plenty of spaces.

The AC didn't work well and would not go below 70. It was hot and humid, and we complained and yet NOTHING was done about it. The fridge/freezer leaked causing us to slip on the tile. Again, we reported it and NOTHING happened. Also, the kitchen lacks basics needed (cutting board, knives, coffee cups, etc.). We had to use a plate as a cutting board and a butter knife. That is truly unacceptable. I like the resort but will NOT go through Vacasa/Booking.com to stay there again.

We will likely stay some where else next time

The only thing was that the night we were to check in we received a call 1 hour prior saying the room didn’t have AC and the repair man was to come and fix it but they didn’t have a ETA it was 90 degrees and we were already in town. We asked for a refund that night, and has yet to receive it. We had to stay in a different hotel, because we never received a call saying it was fixed. We even didn’t get a call the next day.

Bad experience, nobody responses

Location

It was really dirt. Dirt was coming out of the sofas. The fan in the bathroom was so dirt that it hardly could work. A piece of furniture was broken. The smell was rally bad. We had problems with the parking pass and finally they charged double. We had problems with wifi. I call Vacasa somebody took note but not response. Booking sent me a message saying they had no responsibility, Vacasa had.

We were not happy about our stay at the Celadon, especially with the thousands of dollars we spent!

Great location. Beach was awesome!

The place needs to be updated and cleaned properly. Master bath was dirty and had bugs. Couches in living room were soiled. Switch on the lamp was broken. Could use more and newer kitchen utensils. Missing knobs on dressers. Handle on the utility room was broken. Overall, we were not happy with unit 807, especially for all the money we paid. The unit is long overdue to be updated and in repair! In the future, we will never stay at the Celadon!

Superb

Very close to beach, very small beach area compared to past condos so view was exceptional and less walking in hot sand and shorter walkways. There were plenty of towels left in condo and washer and dryer actually worked.

Mattresses were old and very uncomfortable especially the mattress on the pull out couch. Was unable to locate remote for TV in bedroom. Elevators were up and down as far as working so sometimes extremely long waits.
