$200 one night stay in filth!

The location relevance to where we needed to go.

Paid $200 for a one night stay in a room that was filthy. Blood stains all over the bedspread. When asked for a new one they didn’t have anymore so was given an extra bed sheet. Lamp shade and curtains also had stains all over them. Dead bugs in the room. A broken vending machine that took our money and front desk did not have a key to open machine. The front desk itself was a couple of pieces of plywood nailed together. Very expensive place to stay for all these issues.

A place to rest your head

Location central to Lebanon and Hanover

They were renovating the hotel so the door to the top was not a security door and there was a gap. There wasn’t breakfast provided as indicated.

We only stayed overnight as our mother was in the hospital

Didn’t have he breakfast just the coffee

I didn’t like the rudeness of the reception. She has a lot to learn. Also the day clerk was rode to my sister would not answer her question about where the ice machine was too busy on his phone

The breakfast and location was great!

My room was a little dirty. The walls seemed like they've never been cleaned, the desk chair had crumbs all over it. My A/C was dirty, parts of the door were jammed. It just seemed like the cleaning was to a minimum.

tub mat was faded and stained (it was kinda gross)… so I did not use the shower. ceiling lamp had a half cracked shade hanging off of it, other cracks in ceiling, made the otherwise nice room seem a little shabby.

One front desk lady was super great and helpful throughout the week. She brought me new sheets so I could remake my own bed on arrival lol, and advised if I stayed again to bring my own sheets from home

Room wasn't very clean, hairs in sink, pink wet area on sheets on arrival, tub old/stained, old hairties/trash found around, mystery stains on walls and couch, heater made weird noises, strong cigarette smell in Lobby, manual front door closes on you trying to bring luggage in, not great breakfast selection, pool closed, dryer out of order

it was adequate for what we needed

The closeness to hospital. the girl at the desk was very friendly and nice. she appeared to be the only person working there during our stay.

very noisy, very hot on the second floor. no room service. towels get changed only every 3 days. we had to ask for more towels. I don’t reuse towels. from an infection standpoint I wouldn’t want to wipe my private area one day and wipe my face with it the next day. the room wasn’t checked during our stay. we had only one tissue in the box for our stay. I wouldn’t pay that much to stay there again unless it was absolutely necessary.

if you need a place for the nite it works.

dirty, outdated, door wouldn't lock.if you need a place to lay your head it works. we traveled from Virginia and arrived a day early the other hotel was booked solid.

Very clean and well kept.

Lighting to enter from the highway. There is no signage to tell you that you have to go through auto dealership to get to motel.

dirty, disrepair, no enforcement of masks even though sign said mandatory. no service of room whatsoever, co webs in bathroom, overall not a feeling of comfort or cleanliness etc

We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for our needs. The facility was very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby looks great; clean, modern, and comfortable.

The room was dated, but fine. The rubber shower mat was old and a bit slippery. We wish the staff had enforced the mask rule posted everywhere, but understand how futile it can be in that position.

We were planning on using the Hotel during our son's 4 years at college but will stay at the Marriot

It was close to our destination.

(1) the signage to get into the hotel was poor and not lit, we missed entrance twice.; (2) the room smelled like smoke; (3) the fridge didn't work; (4) upon checking out at 10:02am, we asked to fill our water bottles at the vending machine and were told no because they closed at 10:00am. We were walking out the door, wanted water for our trip and was told we had to buy water. We were shocked by the way we were treated by the morning manager.

Breakfast needs work

😀Cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Breakfast. No selection, partially caused by covid, but there are foods that would work. Wil we are aware that finding people to work at minimum wage is difficult, I found it insulting that an envelope was left suggesting you tip. But there was no room service at all for the three nights we stayed. We were rarely in the room so it did not matter. Sign was difficult to see.

Traffic was loud and people above us were loud. Furniture didn’t fit room and the facilities were ok but expensive.

It was a central location for us to take trips from.

The check-in young woman was nice. The ice machine was good. We were able to ask for clean towels.

For the amount of money we paid, we would have liked the beds to have been made for the 3 nights we were there, the floor to be vacuumed, and the waste baskets to be emptied. One of the side doors was often propped open, making security questionable.

How close the hotel was to the highway

Everything else about the hotel. This room should have been less than $100 a night based on the "quality" of the room. If we had an option to leave we would have. There was dirt/mold rings in the toilet, the toilet cover was broken by the flushing handle, and the other corner - so you could easily get cut, the tub was so gross I wouldn't take a shower - from the black mold on the ceiling to the dirt on the tub surface, there was hair left in the sink, the backsplash had clearly not been cleaned since the last time the mirror was installed because all of the drywall particles are still sitting on the edge of the granite, it seems like the bed frame was broken on the right side, so the bed leaned towards the right headboard corner, and to top it off there was fruit flies in our room. I think I slept a total of one hour and couldn't get out fast enough in the morning.
