Our family had a great vacation. But with the price ww paid we expected a well maintained and comfortable unit. I’m sure

Very nice pools and play areas for kids. Ocean front. Nice parking garage across the street with a crosswalk over the street for safety. Convenient layout with hallway bunks.

Sleeper sofa was completely broken down. The sleeper frame was laying down on the floor underneath one side. Couch cushions were so flat that they were falling down into the frame. Missing button. Worn finishes on painted bunks and some minor drywall damage. (Nothing a little touch up couldn’t fix.) Countertops were sticky and sandy on our arrival. Stairwell by East wing pools and another area between the two wings were roped off with yellow caution tape for our entire stay. Extensive wait on elevators on Sat&Sun.

We had a wonderful time but a ramp would have made the stay more comfortable.

A ramp is needed to enter the beach. This facility is geared toward kids but no ramp for strollers or wagons to enter the beach.

Always a pleasure staying with splash, just wished everybody tripled check the cleanliness of their properties.

The view was beautiful as always. Great spot for the kids.

There was a lot of bird poop on the patio & the chairs. The shower curtain in the main bedroom had mold on the inside part. The wall in the closet had paint all over them. The first night I laid in the master bedroom there was sand all on the bed not sure the sheets were even changed. There also wasn’t enough blankets for the sofa bed. I’ve also been to rooms that included beach chairs with the room. Sadly this one didn’t.

It was WONDERFUL!

I was there to relax. I had a problem with the air conditioner being locked on 69 degrees. I’m more of a 73 degrees person. Called the number I was given and was immediately taken care of and he was very nice. The view was great and it was close to everything I like to do.

I would have preferred the bed room to be a beach view, but it was fine.

Very enjoyable, wish the room had been a little bigger but it was fine considering it was only 2 of us.

The room had a love seat but was unable to use it since it was positioned under the tv. I think maybe it would have been better at the foot of the bed

Nice spontaneous weekend getaway

We didn't meet many staff members, but the ones we did were friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the beach, and parking.

Hot tub didn't seem to be working. It was lukewarm. We understand we came in April and it's still cooler. Something that would have been nice is if the splash pad could have a heated system. It's water was colder than the pools.

Splash Hotel The Worst Place I've Stayed During a Vacation

The beach was lovely

Everything about that hotel room I stayed in. It shouldn't be called a resort. It had absolutely nothing a resort usually has no spa, restaurants, or any of that stuff that resorts normally has. Paying for parking was ridiculous since I had already paid for a room . Worst place I have ever been to and I've been to many . Tvs were tiny and out dated ,furniture old, dirty and stained, and it truly looked like a motel room from the TV.

Superb

The playground for children is very nice. It is a beautiful place for the whole family. my children had a lot of fun.

The staff that you had painting or fixing the elevators should be told that first timers don't know where each of their facilities are and not yell at them because it was their first time. I yelled at some people because they just wanted to put the garbage in a can because we didn't know where to take the bag, but all good.

Great, relaxing trip!

The condo was great. Check-in and out were great. Love the view!

The beach chairs and umbrella rentals were not included in the price. It is my fault for not double-checking that upon booking, but we have stayed at Splash multiple times, and all the other times, the owner included the chairs and umbrella in the cost of the booking. This is a deal breaker for us, so unless this owner rectifies that in the future, we will rent from another owner who does do that.

Disappointing start

I loved the location!

I scheduled an early check-in which was verified by a confirmation email. When we arrived, the room was dirty, and I was repeatedly told there was no early check-in. My grandchildren and I had to stand outside the room (in 90 degree heat) with our things for several hours and wait for the space to be cleaned. At no point did anyone offer to check our luggage so we could stay in a more comfortable place while the room was being cleaned, nor did anyone apologize for any inconvenience this caused us. We were treated as if it we had done something wrong. It was a disappointing start to our vacation.

the kids had a blast, so did the adults!!

we loved the kid areas! And mom loved the on-site coffee shop!

Our toddlers like to be barefoot so their feet stayed black and dirty from the room’s floors. only real complaint I have.

The beach is beautiful as always but the building and the condo units need better cleaning.

the pools were dirty. there was food and cigarettes in the pool. The condo unit smelled of mildew, there was mold on the shower curtain and the bathtub, cobwebs on the walls, no extra blankets nor a blanket on the bed.

I have been to PCB many times and never experienced a worst experience while walking into somebody in our unit.

We arrived and another family was in our unit. Unit was not cleaned between guests leaving our unit we rented after a couple hours dealing with panhandle getaways and security with children. It was awful and will never stay at a panhandle location. They did nothing to compensate our disastrous stay.

Overall good, just the forced change of locations for family that was traveling with us.

Same very welcoming lady when checking in as last year. Didn't catch her name, but super helpful and friendly.

My daughter's family was also scheduled to stay at the resort and the room they were booked for flooded and they ended up being displaced to another location that was 60 miles away. Disappointed that accommodations couldn't be found that were closer as we all were looking forward to spending time together.
