Location
Breakfast no longer served. The breakfast room is very uninviting and not set up for people to microwave eat and relax.

The beautiful Elk and quietness.
It was all amazing.

View of elk in field in back. Easy walk to places in Packwood.
The guy at the desk was rude when I asked about things. No housekeeping. The guy said I had signed away housekeeping when checked in. The girl at check in only said I signed for no pets and no smoking. They got rid of breakfast and wine tasting which is still on their website.

Room heat/ac fan was too loud and noisy. I had to turn it off to sleep.

There was NO breakfast at all!!
Location was easy to get to. Room was very clean and comfortable!
A full, hot breakfast was advertised when I booked and also on the facility information sheet in my room but a sign on the lobby door stated breakfast had been discontinued. There was only coffee and tea in the lobby: very disappointing!
The desk clerk was unfriendly and unwelcoming, though he did, somewhat grudgingly, find me a ground floor room when I requested it.

beautiful, clean, quiet.

Quiet, close to stores and to mount Rainier.
"We no longer serve Continental breakfast" was misleading; it would have been better to just say "We no longer serve breakfast."

The airconditin was noisey

Location to Mt Rainier..
Not a single hook in the whole place to hang things. Plumbing needs work. A little noisy. It is an older place, so didn't expect luxury.

Right at the end of town and it was perfect. One block away from a great restaurant and the whole hotel had a great ambiance. Room was good and comfortable beds.
The hotel had been repainted but think they need to rethink, it made the place look old but it was perfect for us.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast was quite nice. Maddie at the front desk was very helpful and let us check in early. The location would’ve been excellent except that there was a road closure getting into Mount Rainier national Park.
No fault of the property, but there was a power outage and the last day we had no electricity or of course no Wi-Fi.

we had misfortune of arriving late in the evening during a power outage. that said, the staff was the most kind and gracious they could be. however, they were very clear no price accommodation could be made, which seemed to be a decision of new management.
the power outage. otherwise it was a nice location close to Sunrise.

Loved seeing the elk at front of the hotel every morning and in the evenings! Great location- close to Mt Rainier NP, room was clean and breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing. Especially the blue eyed older lady who printed and explained the hikes to do. She was very helpful and genuinely friendly. I am very grateful for her help.

Awful breakfast. Plastic utensils, poor quality processed food.
It was not good value for money
