Our room was in the carriage house in the rear of the main buildings I imagine the main buildings were more spacious and comfortable.
Their policy off charging more for breakfast if you booked through a third party.

The location is excellent. The service was very considerate, helpful and responsive. The breakfasts were ample and tasty. The room was fairly spacious.
During rain storms, water dripped a lot right in front of the door, and some came in around the door.

Disappointing. Have received better breakfasts at much less expensive properties.
Parking is a real pain!

The best thing about this place was the location and the bed and sheets, so so great.
Breakfast was not up to par for a BnB, some cold pastries out of the fridge and yoghurt.

The location was awesome, and absolutely beautiful. The room was beautiful and the bed was absolutely comfortable. I LOVED the door straight into the beautiful courtyard. All in all, just absolutely wonderful.
The parking was a bit iffy but thats not the inn's fault. Savannah is just always crowded and busy.

The property is extremely well located at Chippewa Square, Park, and within easy walking distance of many of the key sites in the historic district of Savannah. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Charles and Dee.
While it was not too difficult for me to navigate, the house is older with many staircases, and if someone is older, or perhaps, may not be as mobile, the structure of the home may be difficult for them to navigate all the stairs. There are no elevators. Negotiating the stairways with luggage was quite difficult. The continental breakfast is very basic so if you’re a big breakfast eater, you might want to supplement it later in the morning.

Location and staff
I couldn’t get the tv to work properly. And the tub would back up as I would shower. There were ants in bathroom.

Different than your normal hotel stay. Quiet, cozy, extremely comfortable . The staff was amazing and very helpful. Chuck and Dee Dee made you feel so welcomed and at home. Enjoyed meeting a few new people during the wine hour. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location fun atmosphere
Someone was smoking outside our room at the small tables and chairs, and it drifted I to our room. This was not a staff or BB issue that they could control.

We wanted the full Savannah experience in an old beautiful historic home and that is exactly what we got. We love the location and everything was very comfortable, especially the beds.
It was exceptionally hot in Savannah while we were there so the air in the room never felt cold enough....but we did want the Savannah experience...lol! We enjoyed our trip

It was absolutely amazing!! They welcomed us with a wine reception and then escorted us to our rooms. The room was beautiful with a large jacuzzi tub and glass encased shower. The room was clean and so was the inn in general. we would definitely stay here again!!
