Pleasant

Perfect location to explore Florence by foot. Very quiet place despite loudly street near.

The worst thing - mosquitoes. It was impossible to open windows for fresh air because of them. The washing machine is the basement, not in the apartment, and costs additionally. This information was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. Couple bottles of shampoo was used by someone before, this is not how it supposted to be. There was no hot water the first morning. Fortunately it appeared in the evening.

A pleasant apartment in a great location.

A comfortable and spacious modern apartment set in irs own small complex with a common garden area. Well equipped and clean with good Aircon, a must in summer months. Great location, a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, many good restaurants and cafes nearby, close to the famous covered market. Excellent secure parking in the underground garage with lift access to the apartment.. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are driving it's difficult to find initially due to the one way system. It represents good value in an expensive tourist destination. We will stay here again. Recommended.

we enjoyed our stay and loved the location

- central location was great. - also having a parking right in the building was very convenient - having access to a washer dryer ($) in the basement was also good although I thought it was going to be in the apartment

- the decoration of the property was very basic and lacked warmth

mosquitos, there weren’t coffee machine, on the wall there were many dead mosquito stains

location and was clean

uncountable beads, a lot of mosquitos but there is no net on windows, aside bad lamp didn't work, wall sound insulation very bad, to enter bathroom you need to enter first bedroom (not conformable for 2 couples), we check in at 8pm instead 7pm and they changed us extra 50€ for late check-in, ther are no shades on windows, we had only one set of keys (on 4 people) and to enter building complex you need to use 3 keys and open 3 different dors (very unpractical)

Comfortable stay in a great location with friendly staff

Great location near train and on a quiet street with lots of restaurants. Pretty garden court yard outside apartment. Daniella was responsive to our inquiries and helpful which is so important. Electric kettle blew the breaker but she helped problem solve it so it was not an issue. Bed was comfortable.

Need a full length mirror, a small microwave and another hook in the bathroom. All minor issues.

Oasis in the heart of Florence

So much to like about this property!! The location is fantastic- close to the train station and cathedral with lots of great places to eat on the doorstep. The green space outside the building is beautiful- I felt so tranquil every time I walked through. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the air conditioning! The hosts were very attentive. Would love to stay again!

The parking and that it was clean

The sofabed was uncomfortable and the hostess was quite rude. She kept asking us when we will arrive and when we asked whether there was another room with a veranda she didnt even try to accomodate us. Also we would expect a coffee machine or a kettle with tea bags or coffee.

overall good, would recommend to couples, not so sure this is the right accommodation for families with little children

the location, it’s super central although a bit tricky to get to when you are driving, also one of the main advantages is the parking spot directly in the building, the garden was also really nice

we were only able to use one of the two beds as the living room cannot be darkened completely,

Super design and position

The apartment was very cleaned, new and well designed. Perfect position, calm closed area (for me was very important to feel safe). The owner was such a kind person that allowed us to leave bags before the check in hours. Even if Ive booked it within the same day the organization was perfect. Everything specified about the parking as well.

Maybe you should underline the local tax because during the payment it was a big surprise for me.

Very good location, easily accessible by bus, train and taxi.

Good location, nice apartment, surrounded by good restaurants, and sight seeing places. Very closer to train station.

Air conditioner works on fan mode only may be we are not good at setting up, or it is having a problem.

Exceptional

Location. Spaciousness. Friendly staff. Prompt response to queries. The herbal garden and citrus plants was a great suprose as owner did not mention it in the property description.

Nothing. A suggestion to owner to keep some plants in the apartment as a continuity to the excellent herbal garden.
