Ocean Reef Unit 1803 is located directly on the beach and has all the conveniences of home! Comfortable king and queen-size beds, living room recliner, queen sleeper sofa, balcony chaise loungers, and a fully equipped kitchen make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. A convenient secretary desk provides a great space for those that must work on the go or for surfing the internet on the free high-speed internet. This beach condo includes portable beach chairs and beach cart for easily transporting your belongings to and from the beach. Games and books are provided for fabulous evening fun or rainy day entertainment. The balcony is one of the largest you will find in a two-bedroom Panama City Beach condo! At over 270 square feet, it's not just a balcony but an outdoor living space with ample chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful views of the emerald coast and quartz-white beautiful beaches while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on shore. The master bedroom is gulf-front and includes balcony access with the same majestic views of the beach. Sleep to the sound of the waves! My husband and I are both in our 70s. This was our first vacation in Florida. We loved the Panama City Beach area - very clean and easy to get around. Mostly we loved our place at Ocean Reef. Our condo was exactly like it showed in the pictures. Everything was nice and clean and very comfortable. The beds were great and very nice bathrooms. The kitchen was furnished well and we had everything we needed. The staff and management were great - very friendly and helpful. The absolute best was the beautiful view from our balcony! I will definitely come back for another winter get away!

Such a beautiful condo. This one is my favorite. You can walk to mini golf and donuts. We rode the Sea Screamer and saw lots of dolphins. We played indoor mini golf and visited a few arcades. It was cold when we were there, so we did not make it to the beach. I will definitely book this condo again if available.

Ocean Reef never disappoints. 1803 is a very nice condo. Well appointed and everything you need. The tv in the living room was tough to figure out but just put it on cable and channel 3 and you will have all your channels. Greta and her team are phenomenal. I wish the checkout was at 11 instead of 10. Will be back!

Our unit,1803, was well furnished & very clean. I would suggest a chair for each bedroom since there is no place to sit when putting on shoes. As an 80 year old this is extremely important. Comfort commodes would add a great deal to value of condo. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend to others. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & recreation.

Our family has a great time. The location of the condo was convenient to several things we could enjoy as a family and the view was gorgeous! Our condo had all that we needed and then some! We loved it!

This property was amazing. Balcony is gorgeous. We walked to dinner most nights. My only concern was that it was double red flags for our stay and we never saw a flag. Probably would be a great idea for each complex to have flags since so many people drowned this past week. Also only 2 elevators were working and no one was working on the broken elevator.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
One of the tubs drained slow, and maintenance took care of it within a couple hours. No issues with elevators or parking. Great trip!

We really enjoyed the condo! Very clean upon arrival. We loved the view from the balcony . The only down fall of the whole trip was only having one parking spot! With two little babies, it was a hassle shoving all in one car with the other family that was with us. The overflow parking was always taken so we could only take the one car! Other than that great place to stay!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and with incredible views of the ocean and beach. The pictures of the condo don’t do it justice. Everything you need for the beach is in the condo. No need to bring chairs/umbrella/toys/cooler/cart!! The patio is huge and has comfortable nice lounge furniture. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, which was nice and clean(my son even said he thought it was cleaner /clearer water than our pool! Which is not something we’ve ever found to be true!) right across the street is an amazing donut shop, and we enjoyed those daily! We have stayed all over 30a for years, never in Panama City beach. I really enjoyed how close everything is and how much there is to do so close. I will definitely be back!

We had a great time while taking in the gorgeous ocean views and the phenomenal sunsets! We did have a small problem with no linens for the pullout bed, of which was remedied quickly and a garbage disposal that didn’t work and someone quickly attended to it! Awesome and fast service if anything were needed. The patio was decorated stunningly and the furniture was very comfortable! We really enjoyed our outside time! Also, the master bed was very comfortable!

There is no other word to describe this location - it's beautiful and very clean. Everything was great! We had a couple issues, but they sent someone up within 30 minutes to take care of it. The beach is perfect to find small shells and at night, there are hundreds of little white crabs that are fun to find. The water was very clear, until a storm brought a bunch of sea weed/algae to the the area. The water was still fun to play in though. The balcony is amazing! The views are breathtaking from the 18th floor.
We can't wait to return!
A few things they didn't mention: There is a couple of coolers in the laundry room that are perfect for the beach. There is also 4 beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, and a bunch of sand toys for the kids. The parking garage is located on the first 5 floors of the building. This means that it is a very tight area for a larger vehicle. We ended up in a Toyota 4Runner and we had to do a lot of 3-point turns in order to get in and out of the parking area. The parking spot has a concrete wall on one side as well, so be prepared for this.
Overall, it was an amazing place to stay - and don't forget to run across the street and pick up donuts - you will not be disappointed!

Relaxing vacation
We loved staying here. It was a beautifully decorated condo. The condo was very clean as well as the whole complex. The balcony was AWSOME!!! Also beautifully furnished. We loved the view. Island Runaway restaurant was only a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.
