Situated in Panama City Beach, this attractive condo for $568 per night is a great option for your next vacation. BEACH FRONT 2BR/2BATH WITH REMARKABLE VIEWS SNOWBIRDS ARE WELCOME The Grand Panama Beach Resort - a spectacular resort on Panama City Beach. Experience a world all its own...Grand Panama Beach Resort. This magnificent resort opened in August, 2007 on the fabulous shores of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Grand and Grand Vista Towers are the two buildings that make up this resort. The Grand is the beach front tower where my condo is located and the Grand Vista is the second tower located across the street. The first 5 levels of the Grand Tower is a parking garage (Association fee of $50 for first vehicle, $30 for second vehicle for your entire stay, limit 2) with an above ground bridge walk over to the beach front tower. The remainder of the levels of this tower are condo units. There is also a 2 level open parking for overflow during busy times of the year. The Grand Panama Beach Resort features state of the art architecture, luxurious accommodations, white sandy beaches and fantastic heated swimming pools. This nicely decorated two bedroom, two bath unit has lots of added touches. Neutral colors with the beach theme provide a relaxed feel. Located on the 11th floor of the beachfront Grand Tower (unit 1- 1108), the views are spectacular. The ocean is seen while sitting on the couch, eating at the dining room table or relaxing in the master suite. The balcony looks out over the Gulf of Mexico, the large swimming pool and the downtown lights of Panama City. Located on the east end of the building, the views are not obstructed by other beach developments. All you see are sunrises, sunsets, the beach, the ocean, the lagoon pool, and the landscaped green space. There is something for everyone no matter how old or how young. The property was as pictured. It was a great location. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. The owner was very responsive to any messages and was concerned that everything was as we expected. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and kept the common areas clean. It was convenient to many places to eat, shop and attractions. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool. The weather was perfect during our stay. I would come again!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful unit. Jim was excellent with all the communication. He even called us a day before the trip to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. He was in constant touch with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The property is right on the beach and this unit on the 11th floor had an excellent view of the bay. The place was super clean and very nicely organized. It had everything you need for a great stay. We were 4 adults, three kids and a dog. Everyone had a fun vacation. The pool is clean and the tiki bar had excellent food. We highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing condo, and the owner was so great to work with, and always communicating with us. Everything was clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean and everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to coming back again. I would highly recommend staying at this condo

Excellent views, the room had exactly what we needed. Very busy in July... If I had to pick one thing to improve, the master needs a new mattress badly. The old springs or whatever is in there are loud when you move around.

This property is in an excellent location. Overall the unit is very well maintained considering it is right on the beach. The amenities and beach were easily accessible and there were many shops and restaurants close by. Jim was very communicative throughout our entire stay.

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking in Tower 2 and also in overflow lots. There are also plenty of luggage carts which made it so much easier for checking in and out. Nice pool area as well. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Jim the owner is such a gracious host. We were able to communicate with him anytime we had questions. His condo is just as advertised. We have stayed at many of the condos all along Panama City Beach and find Grand Panama as very well maintained. We will stay again.

Views from 11th floor was stunning. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the balcony. Unit was clean and the response from the host was excellent. Living area and master bedroom was a bit cramped. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely return.

We had a great time staying at Grand Panama. Great location and kid-friendly. Perfect for any age. The only downside is the wait for elevators since there are only 3 for the whole complex.

I’ve been coming to PCB for about 13 years now and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. Not only was the room exceptionally clean ( also add that it was ready an hour early) but also the communication with the ACTUAL human owner was amazing. Highly recommend

This condo is great! It has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay and the view of the beach is fabulous. It also has easy access to activities, shopping, entertainment and restaurants and I love the fact that it is pet friendly. Additionally, the condo owner is very helpful and informative.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was SO easy! The property was quiet which was really nice. The condo was decorated so cute, appliance were nice, everything was clean. Good seating on the deck with a beautiful view. The pool was so clean and fun! Nice beach area, although I don’t think the resort should charge people to use chairs. Otherwise it was a great vacation!

We all had a wonderful experience. Grand Panama was a great and our condo was amazing. The views from the balcony were awesome. We sat and watched the dolphins and all of the boats and shios coming and going. The location is conveniently located. Walking distance to some of the shops and delicious restaurants within a quick drive. I highly recommend this condo and VRBO.
