Wonderful stay Comfiest pillows and everything just as pictured Easy process if I had to make any complaints, it would be that I couldn’t control the thermostat and we were a little chilly at night as it was a cold week there. I did not contact the owner on this though, so I’m sure it could’ve been handled if I reached out.

It was very nice except the hot tub was not working the first two days and the maintenance was sawing concrete the first two days there at the pool which was very loud and the ice maker stopped working the first day were there other than those issues it was great

The property was gorgeous! My family and I enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. Very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Owners were very informative and available to take our calls. Check-in and out was a breeze. We had the PERFECT view of the beach! This was a great choice!

The condo is nice &a good location. The 23rd floor wasn’t ideal due to long waits on the elevator but the view was pretty! Our overall stay in the condo &resort was great, the pool was nice & security staff all very nice. When we arrived, our code didn’t work &we had to wait for them to set a new one. The code then again messed up a day prior to us leaving &our family was locked out. Be sure to be prepared to deep clean as the condo is expected to be left immaculate or be charged $125 for having to sweep any missed sand, dryer lent, etc. be sure to clean the toilets spotless &buy all of your own cleaning supplies as there are none. when the rug was pulled back there was sand underneath & this was the first day we were there. Within an hour of arriving our children’s feet were black from the floors, so we had to make sure to keep them wiped so it didn’t get any furniture black. The washer/dry is very very tiny, & lent flies out each time the dryer door opens. Our family has been traveling to PCB for 20yrs ≠ver been charged an additional cleaning fee nor encountered owners who were as unprofessional as Mrs Barbara to work with, we were spoke to rudely regarding the cleanliness &our concerns were not addressed at all in her reply. Instead we were informed that the cleaning we pay for is light cleaning & they aren’t a ‘maid service’ so the deep cleaning they advertise is misleading. The condo is ok, but the owner &cleaning service leave much to be desired, esp for the cost!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. The location is amazing. No dealing with Front Beach Road traffic! If you’re hesitant due to being on the top floor, don’t be. Elevators were fantastic, I don’t recall ever waiting very long or stopping multiple times on the way up or down, this includes the morning we left. We had an amazing time and would return in the future. Thank you!

I totally recommend staying in this unit at The Aqua Resort. The views are amazing and majestic. The unit was clean and tidy and the pictures were exactly what we saw online. The elevators worked and were fast moving. No waiting. Communication with the owner was prompt and informative. The pools were fun for our teenagers. There is much to do for families and teenagers in the area. Pier Park and restaurants are within walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfy and the TV's in each room was a big plus - especially with teenagers. A couple things I would recommend to the owner, but not a ding at all on the condo, would be to maybe supply some small beach chairs and beach towels. For those of us who were flying in, we couldnt bring them with us and had to purchase beach towels once we got there.. The chairs would be a plus because the attendants on the beach closed down the umbrellas and took the free and rented chairs at 4:30 pm every day. Sometimes we didn't get out to the beach until 2:00 and wanted to stay longer. Also, the codes to the garage and pool changed a couple times, but we managed through it. Not a big deal. The checking in to get a parking pass after hours was tedious at the kiosk. We finally figured it out after many attempts. Again, we managed through it and I still rate this condo FIVE STARS! I would, with no doubts, rent from this owner again. Thank you for an amazing stay in Florida.

Check in process was a bit of a hassle when code didn’t work for entry to condo but the rest of the stay was perfect. Beautiful and clean condo with a perfect view! You’ll need to bring your own amenities if you’re staying a week such as paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, dish detergent, etc. Great stay!

The condo was just like in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was priceless. Great place for us to reconnect with our friends. Especially nice that couples could stay together. Next time we come to the jazz festival we will definitely stay here

We traveled with 3 couples and was a perfect space for 6 adults. It was our first time in PCB and we found the location to be perfect close to lots of restaurants. Our only complaint was that the outdoor pools were not heated and although the weather was warm during our visit the pools were too cold to enjoy. We definitely would rent this unit again. Check in and parking was great. We had no problems .

We loved celebrating Thanksgiving with family in this unit. Very comfortable. Only suggestion for the well equipped kitchen was for the addition of some over mitts/pot holders. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

The condo was amazing and very clean and I am very picky about cleanliness. The condo looked exactly as pictured. The location was amazing. My only complaint is that they didn’t have the heat turned on in the pools and it was a cold week. We weren’t able to swim. I also wish the hot tub had been outside. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

The condo was clean and exactly advertised in the photos. Plenty of room for our family and friends (7 total). Great views of the beach and convenient to Pier Park and tons of restaurants. Dan was very informative and provided everything we needed quickly.

Family vacation
Great property and location. Lots of room and beautiful views. Huge bathrooms and comfortable furniture. The only down side is the elevators went out daily leaving long waits and power and water went out in the vicinity three days in a row but after the power company fixed there were no other issues.

Summer Stay
We stayed here for our 2022 summer vacation. It was a gorgeous condo and I loved the view from the balcony, 23 floors up is perfect.
The elevators are quick and painless, was worried they would be an issue. Aside from the Saturday and Sunday check-in rush, the elevators are adequate.

Perfect for families with older children
My husband and I, our four children (ages 7, 8, 11, and 12), and my mother-in-law loved staying at this property during our summer vacation! There were plenty of beds, table seating, and sofa space for the 7 of us and having three full bathrooms was convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but because were on the 23rd floor and the clear plastic walls were only below the railing with no protection from falls over the railing, I did not feel safe letting my autistic son out on the balcony. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

There is a Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart not to far down the road, so that is where we picked up our snacks and beverages. Parking was easy as well. Now, let’s get to the reason we chose this place… The view. That view. Breathtaking! The hardest part of leaving for me was drawing the drapes on the spectacular view. We spent 3 fabulous nights there and were already talking about going back. Thank you Dan, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to be back very soon!
