This two-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California offers a great value for a group of 6 to 8 people in a premier location. Located across from The Village and on the winter shuttle route. Wireless Internet, and also enjoys partial mountain views and close proximity to pool (summer only), spa, sauna, and rec room. Access to biking and hiking trails from the door step, and you can even bring Fido along being pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1300 sq. Ft. Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, high counter top with bar chairs, dining area, gas fireplace, deck, TV, CD, DVD and full bath. Master: Queen bed. Bedroom #2: Two twin beds and shared full bath. Bedroom #3: Queen bed and shared full bath. Maximum Occupancy: 8. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. . PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience. Wonderful Holiday stay with 3 generation family. Everyone from grandparents to teenagers to the dog were happy! Access to village and ski back trail was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

30 second walk to the Jacuzzi and 8 minute walk to the village. Perfect if you dont want to drive anywhere during your stay. Place is older but who cares when your enjoying time with your friends and the slopes. Decent views.

This condo was in a good location, however the unit is very outdated. The kitchen needs new pots/pans, and a new stove. Thankfully we did not do a whole lot of cooking.
