Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this attractive condo for $182 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. **Discounts offered for weekly rentals** **Discounts available on lift tickets, ski and snowboard rentals, airport shuttles, and more** When you stay here, you'll enjoy a good quality property with a very convenient location. Winter guests will enjoy direct ski in access and easy walk out ski out access too. Summer guests will have bike in bike out or hike in hike out access, and with the National Forest at your door, may even see some moose or other wildlife roaming around. Whatever season you're panning your visit for, the entire ski area base and mountain village area is within easy walking distance. This includes shops, restaurants, bars, activities, free concerts, special events, and more. The condo itself is a cozy, comfy place, and renovation was extensive. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall, this property has a good quality. New carpet & tile grace the floors. The popcorn ceilings are gone, and there is new texture on the walls too. The bathroom was completely redone with granite counters, new floor tile, vanity, fixtures, even a new toilet. The kitchen also got new tile as well as new stainless steel appliances, butcher block and granite counters, and a nice updated backsplash. For winter 2023/2024, the bedroom has been updated with a new King bed. Current photos show the previous bed, which was a Queen. New photos coming soon. With caring proprety owners, this condo has become and continues to be one of the nicer 1-bedroom condos in the development! All of this and more in a great location! At this condo you can ski right back to the building. When you pop off your skis, just go up one flight of stairs and you're home! The Hot Tub is right outside and is one of the largest you've ever seen. Not only is ski slope & hot tub access easy, but the shops & restaurants of Ski Time Square & Torian Plum Plaza are an easy walk of about 150 yards from your door. In fact, the entire ski area base is within easy walking distance! From Ski Time Square, free city buses are available to get you to & from the grocery stores, downtown, or pretty much anywhere else in town. Please note, parking for this development is limited to one reserved space per condo. Parking is not an issue very often. While this rule may or may not be enforced, we want you to be aware up front. If you will have a second vehicle for all or part of your stay, we may be able to accommodate you with a creative solution. Please also note that access to this condo requires some stairs. To enter the building, you go down about 7 steps. You'll enter on the 5th floor. Take the elevator down two floors, which is as far down as it goes. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so you go down the 3rd floor hallway, and then down one flight of stairs to the condo. While this may require a bit of effort when you arrive and depart, the 2nd floor is that much closer to the ski access and the sidewalk to Ski Time Square and the rest of the base area. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required. ** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. Cozy condo, comfortable mattress, good for a couple. Ski in was great, some stairs to ski out, but we were well aware of how it worked beforehand.

This is a wonderful little place to stay. VERY comfortable for a couple! The owner was very responsive and the management company answered our email on a Sunday about a slow-draining tub and bathroom sink offering to come fix it before we left. We'll remember this place for our next trip to Steamboat!

Steamboat is a beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed hiking, the gondola and the Springs. This condo was super convenient, clean and quiet. Directions from the owner were clear and helpful We cooked in several meals and it was easy. Did wish there had been some salt and tin foil but appreciated the pots, pans,knives etc. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The location and the property was beautiful. What was not mentioned is the hot tub was not working. They also didn’t mention that multiple drawers in kitchen were a hazard. Two of the kitchen drawers almost fell and got my foot. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work either. I believe before listing a property things should be in working order. FYI this is the first vacation rental that I’ve stayed at the doesn’t provide coffee which was a huge bummer. Hopefully this spot is safer for the next people to come through!
