About this apartment rental
You’ll enjoy a vacation in one of the most beautiful resorts around Lake Constance. It’s centrally located, just 100 meters from Lake Constance and the Immenstaad ferry terminal. The 68-square-meter, 4-star apartment (DTV, most recently confirmed and recertified in 2023; certification valid through 2026) is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and is equipped with:
- a bedroom with a double bed (2 m × 2 m) and a six-door wardrobe, New for the 2025 season
- Wi-Fi connection
- a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa
- a very well-equipped kitchen
- a nearly new bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine
- a nearly new toilet
- central heating
- radio, TV (cable), and DVD player
- Balcony with partial lake view
- Underground parking space
- Bicycle storage room

This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. The building does not have an elevator.
Cyclists, sailors, and motorboat enthusiasts welcome! Cyclists are warmly welcomed. We have a bike storage room available for you. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for wonderful bike tours. There are attractive, well-stocked bike rental shops not far from the apartment.
Sailors and motorboat enthusiasts are also very welcome! We’re only about 200 meters from the Immenstaad marina. If you book in advance, a berth for your own boat is available there!
In winter, skiers can also use the apartment as a base for great ski tours, for example to the Bregenzerwald, Jungholz, or Balderschwang.
Ideal Location / Local Amenities / Bus Stop: All your daily needs are fully covered, with many amenities easily accessible within a 2- to 3-minute walk—even for those who can only cover short distances—including butcher shops, bakeries, pharmacies, ice cream shops, a newsstand, and many restaurants and cafés in all price ranges (including Hotel Seehof, Häfele by Sommerfeld, Adler, Heinzler, pizzerias such as Il Centro, wine bars, taverns, etc.).

Excellent! We saw a lot of towns with the free Bodenseekarte.
Only the half island of Reichenau was very complicated to reach.
But Friedrichshafen and Überlingen and Meersburg and Ravensburg were very nice places to visit!

Von der Buchung über die Vorabstimmung, die Wohnungsübergabe und den Aufenthalt war alles perfekt und so wie es sein soll. Eine wunderbare Lage, tolle Ausstattung mit viel Wert auf die Details trägt zu einem entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei! Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wij hebben met veel plezier in dit appartement een week doorgebracht. De inrichting was zeer compleet en het appartement heel schoon. Locatie leuk aan een pleintje, bakker aan de overkant en dichtbij het meer.
