We love this location and the proximity to the water. We understand that it is only a 1 bedroom, but has 2 bunks and a sofa bed. We feel that the unit would benefit from additional storage for clothing such as a 4 drawer dresser in the bedroom. Even with the 2 of us, we had difficulty with the space. The closet had enough hangers, but only 1 drawer was available in a mirrored unit. Additionally, there were enough towels, but only 1 hand-towel in the bathroom and 2 in the kitchen. We did appreciate the amenities or starter packs within the kitchen, but did find it a little odd that all the makings for coffee were there, including creamer, but not a start filter for the coffee pot. It would have also been helpful to know on the description the type of coffee maker in the unit. Lastly, there were no throws anywhere in the unit.
It was chilly a few night, so we found an extra comforter in the closet that we used, So, only a few things. The unit is lovely, but these things would make it spectacular. Also, every person we met staying at Blue Tide was fabulous along with Frank, I think that is his name, who is responsible for the chairs/umbrella at the beach. He is a treasure.

MY OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE PROPERTY IS THAT IT HAS GREAT VIEW OF GULF! The property inside was nice. However, it was a little smaller than we were expecting. Bathroom and master mainly we small. While we were there, they were doing renovations to the outside. Which although it was annoying to the vacationer. I'm sure it will be nice when it is all done. I just wish I would've known before I booked. Since I really wanted to relax with my family. The management team was very helpful throughout the process. I am going to be honest the view and access to the beach made it all worth it! The place is nice, clean, kitchen and living space are nice as well. Just the master and bathroom were a little small. Love the location, close to restaurant's and shopping!

Condo is in a fantastic location and right on the beach. Living area, kitchen, and bedroom were all very clean. Nice to also have the pool - not many of the condo bldgs on the water have that.
One item that wasn’t great was the bathroom - it seems to have been partially renovated relatively recently but could stand to be fully renovated. Baseboards very dirty, etc.
Also it is time to pony up for a new fridge. The current fridge works, but is pretty dinged up and dirty too.
All in all a good stay though

Great location, a few items need updating
Condo is in a fantastic location and right on the beach. Living area, kitchen, and bedroom were all very clean. Nice to also have the pool - not many of the condo bldgs on the water have that.

Perfect beach getaway!!!
We LOVED our stay at Blue Tide! Our extended family rented two of the other units near us and our vacation was everything we hoped it would be! Easy, breezy!!!

Beautiful Stay!
Great spot with incredible views! Loved the beach decor and all the amenities provided. A very convenient set-up for a family with young children. The only issue for us was that on day two we had an issue with the internet not working, which was problematic since we needed to work while on vacation. We reported the issue but It was never resolved.

Perfect Vacation Location
Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. Extremely convenient for busy family. Clean and beautifully updated. The washer and dryer are a bit loud and the bathroom door was difficult to shut but overall we completely enjoyed our stay.

My family loved this updated condo that’s perfectly convenient to all of our 30A favorites. We loved the easy access to the beach & a first level patio. We’ll certainly be back!

Great Vaca!
Beautiful View, Great Location! Only recommendation is the mirror in the bathroom is hung too high, I am 5’5 and could only see the top of my head when standing in front. Would install a mirror on hinges that could tilt down.

Perfect get away!
We had an amazing time at Blue Tide 7A! Everything was super clean and the location was super convenient right down to pulling your car right up and being steps away from your door to load and unload your car. Nothing beats being right on the beach!
The owners were on top of all our needs. In fact when the dishwasher didn’t seem to work I contacted them and they sent someone out right away to replace it with a new one!
This place was everything we expected and we will definitely stay again!

Loved it!
Everything was nice! The view of God's beauty was amazing! We will definitely be back. We went in July and the beaches were not crowded in the area we were which was great.

Almost perfect...
Overall there weren't any huge issues and the stay was pretty uneventful. Very nice finishes and tasteful decor.
2 Suggestions for owners:
1. There were two outlets that I found that were not functional (kitchen near breakfast bar and patio outlet). More than likely a bad GFCI but it took a little sleuthing to figure out why things weren't working when plugged up like charging phones and portable speakers.
2. The TV in the bedroom has an issue with the cable signal. It wouldn't ever deliver a consistent picture or sound. It was as if the signal from the box or coax was bad. The living room TV was not affected.
SInce we were only staying there 3 nights, I didn't see any point in reaching out for assistance since I figured no one would come in the time we were scheduled there.
The only other thing I will say for those potential vacationers is that you should know there is a considerable set of stairs to access the beach. It wasn't an issue for me (although I would probably have preferred to have a view of the beach from the balcony and not just the ocean). I know its pretty ticky tack but it is one of those things you don't necessarily get when looking at these properties online. I think staying on the B level would have probably gotten us the beach view but I didn't know that until I got there.
The location of the pool is less than favorable since it is by the road across the parking lot. I would have probably used it some if it were between the building and the beach.
Again, not a huge issue for me. Just letting others know.
One more thing: shower head is not for tall people.I am 6-1 and had to duck to get under the water.
May be out of the owners control here but the wooden walkways and steps could use a fresh coat of paint
Overall I liked the property and had a nice time staying there.
Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Cleanliness was not an issue as I had read in other reviews. (And I am particular about that kind of thing)

This condo was really clean and updated- quiet and private, but we also were able to meet our neighbors. It had a spacious and open floor plan. It was steps from the beach with great views of the ocean and a patio to sit in the sun. The steps to the beach were easy to use and the sand beach amazing! The manager was easy to reach and helpful too. We were very satisfied with this rental- It was every thing we hoped for.
Our only complaint was another rental unit left the unit entryway light on ,which shone in our bedroom window all night, and we had to hang towels over the blinds to block the light . We could not reach the manager of that unit.

Overall good
Overall I really liked this condo and would recommend it. I went with my partner and it was very roomy for two people. The location to restaurants and other attractions is perfect. The view is beautiful and it is right on the beach. I took one star off because I feel like the condo needs a deep clean. There were some scuff marks and some dusty areas.

The best beach on 30A
We have stayed at Blue Tide on and off for the last 20+ years and I love the quietness that this part of the gulf gives you. The condos have always been nice and 7A is not to be left out. We will be back to Blue Tide soon.

Incredible Location and Views!!
My husband and I had a wonderful getaway at this condo. The moment you walk in the front door, the first thing you see are these amazing Gulf views. This unit is filled with natural light and sitting at the kitchen bar or in the living room, the views were jaw dropping. The beach access is about 20 feet out the back door. I’ve stayed in other nicer areas along 30A, Watercolor, Seaside, etc but never Gulf front like this and must say I will be doing this again. There is definitely something magical about those waters that refreshes and recharges your batteries. This place is a must stay whether it’s for a long week or a short get away!

Not so great...
We were not impressed with this condo. While it had beautiful views, it just wasn't very clean. When we walked in the door, there was an overwhelming musty smell that hit us every time we entered the condo all week long. It looked "clean" on the surface, but this place needs a serious deep cleaning. The base boards were filthy, all the dishes seemed dirty, as well as the drawers and there was a smashed bug above the surround in the shower. We soon discovered why the dishes were dirty...the dishwasher had a broken part in it. Every time we ran it (which was everyday), we had to hit a part of it to get the bottom rack out. (The part that pops up when the dishwasher is running to jet water everywhere) My husband discovered it had been taped up, but still wasn't working properly. This is a $25 part, that should have been replaced. We ended up washing every dish that we were going to use and then put paper towels down in the drawers and cabinets so we could keep track of which dishes were clean and which weren't. The bed was HORRENDOUS! The mattress is WAY PAST needing to be thrown out. We felt every spring in that thing and it had a huge sag in the middle. Now, I know the owners can't do anything about this, but we had some very loud people above us. They were playing corn hole in the living room. It looked like about 8 teenagers up there. Just keep that in mind when booking a first floor condo. Overall, I loved the location, but wished that we had paid a little more for one of the nicer condos in the building.

Perfect Gulf Front Condo
Blue Tide 7a is beautifully decorated, clean and Gulf front. The beach access is directly off the living room. We had no issues with noise even though it is first floor. Also, the beach was not crowded. it is a few minutes away from Rosemary or Seacrest. You get the same lovely beach, without the crazy college kid antics and it is so much more affordable. I highly recommend this unit.

Great Location
The location of this condo is great, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo is very spacious. There were a few areas that were not clean. This needs to be addressed. The mattress is a disgrace, and should be replaced immediately - not fit to sleep on. We would definitely stay here again if these two areas were addressed.

BEAUTIFUL, RELAXING RENTAL WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS
What a beautiful place to stay! We needed to get away for a few days to clear our heads. Wow, did we pick a great place to go to escape! We arrived on Thursday, took our shoes off and didn't put shoes back on until we were packing to leave on Monday. What a relaxing BEAUTIFUL rental! The location was perfect. We brought all of our food with us and everything else that we could possibly need was there in the rental. The only thing that we forgot was dish washing liquid. We couldn't have asked for a better more relaxing mini vacation. I have to say once again, the rental was BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely try to reserve this rental again, but the next time we want to stay for a full week. It was perfect for our family of 4. I highly recommend this rental!
