This cabin is unique and a fun place to stay when in the area. The photos do a good job of showing how the space works - and it's as tight as it looks. The loft area bed can be challenging to access, and the second bedroom is more of a large closet. The bathroom could be challenging for people with mobility issues and feels somewhat unfinished. The rock-and-roll theme is really fun, with something interesting in almost every nook. I hope the owners are looking for ways to continue investing in and improving the cabin so that the facility can be as well executed as its theme.

We loved our time at this property ... we did a few loads of laundry, played Taboo and watched movies in the late afternoons (after hiking at Mt. Rainier) and drovethe 5 minutes to Packwood Brewery for dinner and drinks (oh, and ice cream at Ice Cream Air Stream) in the evening. Super fun decor ... but parents of young kids, be forewarned that not all of the decor is "family friendly". ;) Fortunately, our kids are now young adults and weren't phazed by it, but I would had felt the need to cover the "periodic elements of sex" poster if my kids were just a few years younger.

Excellent base for hiking and exploring Mt. Rainier. The place had everything we needed. It was much larger than I expected! If we are back in the area we will stay here again. Highly recommended.

It’s a cute cabin, but there were pictures over every inch of the wall space. Most of these were cool rock n roll pics, but several were horror pictures or pictures of suicide. There was also another inappropriate pic in the bedroom. I felt uncomfortable sleeping near some of the pics. No A/C and it was very hot in the cabin. Rug in main room covered in dog fur. Posting said there was a hot tub. No hot tub when we showed up.
