Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 7th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Fabulous large open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes. Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertop. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; new queen mattresses April 2023; flat screen cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop. Living room has "New 50" 4 K HDR Smart TV, queen size sleeper sofa Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. Options: (1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase) or (2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs). No Pets Allowed No Smoking inside condo Condo is managed locally. The property has a fantastic location. Watching g the sun rise on the patio was spectacular. The amenities were great. Overall we had a great stay. The house overall was very clean except for the floors. They were sticky and we bought a mop to clean the floors which the mop pads weee black after 3 cleanings. Other than the floors everything was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

The location and actual rental space was very nice but the place had a very strong musty smell. One of the elevators was down which made for long delays. Lost power in several rooms and had to call number twice to get response which was a day later.

Loved the location just steps to the beach. The sand in Destin is so beautiful and is just like sugar. Gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony we were able to enjoy the view while dolphins gracefully swam down the beach. Any problems or questions our assistant Ms Carolyn was amazing and responded quickly. There is Chick-fil-A and Waffle House are located across the street. While Duncan Donuts is right beside the complex. Will not regret staying here. Enjoy!!

We travel the country. Our standards are VERY high. Locating a property where we would return without hesitation doesn't happen often. This is the first time in years that we both agreed at the airport on our flight out that we would be back to Destin and, more specifically, Breakers East #703.The property and location exceeded our expectations.VERY clean, VERY organized, and everything you need. Well-stocked kitchen. It was like home.Bathrooms and Kitchen - SPOTLESS. Big plus.Master bedroom - bed was very comfortable—great view from the room of the ocean. The second bedroom has two queens, we didn't need them but the room was spacious and inviting.Carolyn and her team were excellent. Responsive and accommodating. Some owners will not provide their cell phones. Carolyn encouraged you to text or call directly to her with any issues or concerns. Excellent customer service. The location was PERFECT for the beach. Walk out the back door of this building onto a very private beach area. Steps away.The beach service of the two chairs and the umbrella INCLUDED with your stay is a GREAT touch.Nice pool, clean and inviting.This property is HIGHLY recommended. As advertised. Easy to book and super easy check-in. Email from unit manager gave all codes and info needed for a really stress free arrival.
Unit was clean and everything was in order. Kitchen was stocked with everything that one could need! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Great location on the beach. Easy to follow directions for check-out too!

So convenient !!! Best beach spot !!! We saw dolphins!!! We should’ve stayed longer… A few tips for future rentals… You should provide the basic seasonings .. sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon etc and cooking oil spray at least… another tip.. At least provide 1-2 pods of detergent for washing clothes … That would’ve been so helpful.. After a long drive, the last thing we wanted to do was go to the market for minor things…no But in all, what a relaxing time…

Everything was simple with on line reservations. The condo is very nice and has beautiful views from the master bedroom, living room and even the well stocked kitchen. The balcony is spacious with awesome view of the pool and ocean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms very nice too. The couch I think makes a bed so the seat is a little hard but other than that the place is great! Close to most anything you may want to do. We had a great time even though it was pretty chilly from an unusual cold front so carry some warm clothes if you go this time of year!

Check in was very easy and convenient. The condo was well stocked and clean. Beautiful views off the patio right on the beach. My only complaint is one of the elevators was broken and the other one is very slow, we ended up taking the stairs, up 7 floors, most of the time.

Right on the beach. 7th floor. Large rooms! Large balcony looking right on the beach. Wow wow wow! Secure parking lot. Everything in the kitchen that anyone would need. High speed internet. The pictures are spot on. We could live there for months!

We had a fantastic stay at Breakers East! Unit was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, the unit was supplied with adequate towels/kitchen utensils…..and the view/sunset….just can’t beat it from the balcony! We had a breaker flip but the response from the management team was immediate. We will be back! Great week, great friends, and a great stay at Breakers East!
