This property exceeds all expectations! We comfortably had 9 people sleeping there (three couples and three singles). Plenty of space to spread out, kitchen completely stocked to make a beautiful holiday meal.
We loved have sitting areas in the front of the house (morning and afternoon sun) and out back by the pool. Three different outdoor firepits as well! We swam every day in the 32' pool. The hot tub is spacious and deep.
The location is the best part - lovely, safe neighborhood to walk around in, many coffee shops, bars and restaurants to stroll to.
Sherri, the property manager, if very attentive - responded immediately to any inquiry.

It’s spacious. In the middle of everything (Old Las Palmas is an extraordinary neighborhood); easy walking distance to the main strip in Palm Springs.
The owners have done a terrific job remodeling the place… to include a couple of attached casitas.
The outdoor space is stunning. The exterior lighting is beautiful.
So many details.
We had several guests during our stay – nobody wanted to leave.
One who spent a long weekend with us – and had never been to Palm Springs before – asked if we could just cancel the fancy dinner reservations and museum… and just order in.
He actually never left the house that weekend!
Big call out to Sherri for being so responsive and helpful during the stay.

No-Brainer
This place is terrific.
We rented it for a month.
It’s spacious. In the middle of everything (Old Las Palmas is an extraordinary neighborhood); easy walking distance to the main strip in Palm Springs.

We had a simply delightful time. Everything was so organized and clean. Candace was a dream to deal with. The bedrooms were comfortable and charming and having the two exterior entrances was great. We loved sitting by the fire pits at night and having a glass of wine and chatting. The location is fantastic as it is close to Downtown but yet extraordinarily quiet. Honestly, I know there are a million things to do in Palm Springs but we never wanted to tear ourselves away from the sun and the pool. A total delight...the pictures are a very accurate depiction. Nice , clean design and a great environment to leave your worries behind. The kitchen is world class and a chef we hired to cook was in heaven. You will not be disappointed!

The kitchen was fantastic! I loved the 6 burner stove, independent ice maker and double oven.
Our adult kids loved the pool and spa. My wife loved the decor. AND the location could not be beat- we walked to almost everything.

Our family couldn't get enough pool & hot tub time. We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again. The weather was near perfect every day so we just enjoyed the comfortable living outside. We enjoyed all of the amenities: bbq grill,

We had our annual girls trip this past weekend and stayed at this property. The house was beautiful, tons of comfortable sleeping accommodations and an amazing outdoor space to congregate and hang out. Perfect vacation property to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our children, their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Total number of people: 12.

Wouldn’t recommend for the price
Decor for the price was substandard. Tv in master didn’t work and outside sprinklers made terrible squeaking noise at 6:30 am every day.

INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE HOUSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
This house absolutely made a bachelorette weekend I planned for my best friend. It hosted 12 gals, and we all had beds to sleep in (which is hard to find). The house layout was ideal for social events, we hired a bartender and had drinks in the large living room. The kitchen buffet hosted 3 amazing meals throughout the weekend. And, don't get me started on the pool. We had the most fun pool party with our own floaties and margaritas (everyone had their own lounge chair). Candace, the house manager, was awesome. All in all, would absolutely rent this house again!

Great spot for a bachelorette
10 of us stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house had plenty of room for everyone, and great outdoor space for all of us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ladies getaway!
Upon arrival the house just looks awesome, so fancy and perfectly manicured. Very Palm Springs... the Hollywood Glamour vibe was a perfect match with our bachelorettes style. The house had wonderful living & lounging areas but we spent a majority of our time at the pool. The beds and bedding are comfy. It was perfectly spaced out and 7 ladies were able to sleep in their own beds. We enjoyed ourselves and obviously wished we could have stayed longer. Easy directions on getting into and using things in the house. Wonderful location, 10 mins from the airport and a couple minute uber rides to every location we had reservations. It was just perfect!

Luxurious & Comfortable (But I hope you don't like music)
The property management company especially Candace was excellent in answering all of our questions and helping us prepare for our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was by far the best part of the entire house...there are misters, tons of lounge chairs and pool towels which made our stay very luxurious and comfortable. This house can easily sleep 12 people and is very close to the downtown Palm Springs - everything was within a 6 minute drive. The only negative feedback that I have is in response to the neighbors which apparently do not like music - you are not allowed ANY outdoor speakers of any kind. If the neighbor complains to the city, they send someone to the neighbors house with a meter that can read sound - if the sound carried over to the neighbors house is above a certain decibal level you will be notified and possibly fined. Apparently there is also a city ordinance for no outdoor music as well (how sad). However, we did not have any issues during our stay. We rented the home for a bachelorette party and had a great time!!

Wonderful getaway!
We had a semi large bachelorette party this past weekend at the home. It was lovely! Everything worked great and we had no complaints about any noise or parking. Candace is amazing and responds so quickly if anything is needed!!

Couldn't have been better!
This house was absolutely gorgeous and the decor was superb! We loved every moment of our stay here. I hosted a bachelorette party in this house and all of the girls complimented our choice. We totally took advantage of the features that came with the house--the pool ...the misters...the kitchen space...the wet bar...I could go on and on! The best part of our rental was Candace the property manager. She was so very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. I hope I have the opportunity to rent this house again!

The house was a great size and we loved the pool. Location was also so convenient, there was a trolley stop right at the end of the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

Girls Weekend
This was a great home for our girls weekend getaway. The pool and outdoor patio area were great and we spend most of the weekend out there enjoying the great weather. The house is beautiful and all of the rooms and bathrooms were decorated so nicely. Loved the safe secure feel we got and the privacy that the home made us feel. Thank you for a great place to stay

Excellent for large groups
Wow, this place was just perfect for my sister's bachelorette! We had 11 ladies staying, and there were plenty of bathrooms, towels, plates, cups - everything we needed! It was HOT HOT HOT while we were there, so it would have been nice to have directions on how to turn on the misters, and there were dire warnings (and little notes everywhere about various things in the house) about setting the A/C below 78 degrees, which was still quite warm. We were also warned about the cranky neighbor, which kept our music down pretty low, but luckily we didn't get any complaints. I think we hung out in every part of the house. Great location, yet you still felt like you were away from it all. Favorite aspects were that the pool actually stayed cool in the hottest part of the day, there were lounge chairs for everyone, and the oft-mentioned ice machine was awesome. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic house, great location - perfect for our trip!
I stayed with a group of 8 women for my low-key, relaxing bachelorette party, and it was just that! The house was laid out very well and very conducive to an outdoor/indoor flow. The pool area was great, and there was plenty of space to get sun or be in the shade. The misters were a nice touch too! The kitchen is huge with ample space for several people to prepare a group meal - plenty of storage, dishes, glassware, etc.
The location was wonderful - Old Las Palmas is a bit sleepier than the bustling downtown Palm Springs, and it had a very classy, relaxing vibe. The privacy of the house helped us feel like we were in our own little world, but it was close enough to the action that we could easily access restaurants and bars when we wanted to.
We loved our time in Palm Springs and at the house and hope to come back soon!
