With 4 gas fireplaces, large kitchen,spacious seating for 12 in the dining room,extra large family room,piano, pool table, downstairs kitchenette, W/D, AIR CONDITIONING, 2 car garage, and 8 person HOT TUB! The master bedroom has a jetted tub and fireplace. 5667sq ft. Great views of the mountains and ample space for multiple families. Many of our guests have severe animal allergies and due to this we are not able to host service animals as they create a safety hazzard. PLEASE NOTE, We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time. There are security cameras onsite.

Very pleased with everything about Moose Lodge. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our children and grandchildren loved our week there, especially the early morning sunrise and elk who visited the back of the property on several evenings. Would highly recommend to anyone with a big gathering because of the spaciousness and privacy afforded if needed.

We visited in May to attend our son’s mountain wedding. The property was perfect for our large family. The home is spacious with many different living areas and stocked very well with everything you would need. I would highly recommend this for a large family or group. The house is Brian’s so are the views. Loved it!

Amazing property nestled in the Rocky Mountains. Clean, well organized beautifully appointed with great amenities. Ample room for large groups and all age groups . Something for everyone to enjoy! Pool table, ping pong, foosball, family games and amazing hot tub!! Cannot wait to return!!

Very clean, trash bin was 3/4 full when we checked in so had to put a lot of our trash outside container when we left

The best well-stocked VRBO we have experienced from toys for the children to coffee for adults. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. A good cleaning of the blinds would help those allergy prone guests but that is minor.

This was the perfect rental for our family comprising us, 4 grown children, 3 spouses, and 3 grandkids - 12 in all. The house is in an ideal location on the RMNP side of Estes. It was outfitted to a tee with everything needed and more. It immediately felt like a second home - we wish! We hope to return. Eric & Tina Alsup

Our group had a wonderful stay at this mountain lodge in Estes Park! There was ample room for our large group and no one had to "fight" for toilets/showers, which we appreciated. The hosts left shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion for us and there were hair dryers as well, which is great as you can pack less when traveling. The property manager was very responsive, and the location was perfect for our needs!

Our group of eight college friends gathered for fun and friendship in late September. The weather was unseasonably warm, and we were able to utilize the upper deck and firepit areas quite often during our stay. We loved it! When we weren't outside we were seated around the large dining table or in the living room upstairs. Both were great places to visit and play games. The location is close to town but not walkable. The property lists five bedrooms, but one "room" is a loft with two beds outside upper level master - not deal breakers but something you want to know. The owner/contact was very responsive, and we had a fabulous time.

We stayed for four nights over the Labour Day weekend with our kids and 4 grandchildren. The house met and surpassed all our expectations. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with every conceivable kitchen gadget and cooking tool....an important factor if you’re cooking for a family. Our kids loved and enjoyed the hot tub (ample towels!) and the grandchildren enjoyed the large selection of toys. I can’t say enough of how pleased we were with our stay; I’d give it 10 stars if I could. More than anything I was impressed with the supreme cleanliness of the house. A wonderful family venue!

It was amazing to see elk grazing in the yard while looking at the mountains overhead. A perfect location foraccess to the park or town. A great place for multiple families with kids of any age. Thank you for a great week.

This property is ideally located a short 5 minutes out of Estes Park and very close to the National Park entrance. The view from the balconies is terrific and there is plenty of room (and bathrooms) for a memorable family retreat. We stayed three nights and visited the Rocky Mountain National Park each day, twice to watch the incredible sunrise. One afternoon, we explored Estes Park (Fall River Antiques is amazing). In the evenings, we grilled and played games (pool and Deer Lord). The ground floor family room is huge and we loved being able to spread out and relax. In the basement (completely finished) is a great pool table and when we weren't playing pool, we were playing basketball. Oh, and did I mention there is a whirl pool and outdoor fire pit? Our stay was truly amazing and we will be back.

We loved our stay! There were 6 of us Moms and we all brought our daughters. Our girls are all seniors this year so we wanted to have some bonding time before they stared their senior year. It was perfect for 12 of us. I would highly recommend this property. I would just recommend that they hire a better photographer for their pix of the house...the pix don’t do it justice!

We had 2 families with a total of 9 people and everyone was very comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a huge kitchen to prepare food. Had all the amenities and luxuries for a fabulous weekend in Estes.
