Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 3rd floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Complimentary WIFI Master bedroom king size bed; cable 50" Smart TV; DVD player; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; tile flooring Remodeled master bathroom: oversize walk-in shower/double vanity Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable 32" Smart TV; DVD player; ceiling fan; tile flooring. Remodeled second bathroom: bathtub/shower combination, single vanity Living room has cable 55" Smart TV/DVD; queen size sleeper sofa; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. Options: (1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable) or (2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs). No Pets Allowed No Smoking inside condo Condo is managed locally. The condo was clean, had comfortable furniture, full kitchen and the king size master bed was perfect. The balcony has plenty of seating with a beautiful ocean view. We’ve stayed at Breaker’s East for 20+ years and always book with Your Assistant At The Beach. They are the best and absolutely recommend them!

Nice beach week with my sister, niece and mom. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious. The pool and common areas were all clean and well kept. The beach and the availability of the beach chairs and umbrella was very convenient to have. The walk out to the beach was very close which is important, no need to worry about parking and walking. Lots of restaurants nearby and things to do!

We go Every year to Destin and Breakers East is our favorite spot. We had a great time again more rain than usual but the unit was great, equipped with everything you need for staying indoors. The Unit was clean all the beds we’re comfortable. Plenty of seating in and on the balcony, kitchen great, not lacking any small appliances, even waffle maker. Loved our stay and you don’t have to use the elevator because your are only on the 3 floor which has a great view but stairs are doable.

We love Breakers East Condos! The building and grounds are well maintained and clean. This particular condo we rented is a favorite of ours, nicely furnished , great kitchen and everything you need if you want to cook. The only thing we were missing were plastic glasses for the pool and beach area.

Perfectly located for our activities. Easy access to unit, pool and beach. The umbrella and chair rental was a seamless process. Absolutely no drama ....which is exactly the kind of getaway that we wanted/needed :-) The unit looked to be recently remodeled and was beautiful. Loved the decor and finishes.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Has gated parking, and when we arrived there were many nice carts available for taking things upstairs. Elevator worked great. Condo was clean and very nice. The beds were awesome, my sister said it was better than her new bed at home. Had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony area was very nice and the view was gorgeous!

This condo is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Being able to open the sliding doors and just listen to the ocean was so good for my soul! The area is nice and quiet and there are sidewalks if you would rather walk to check out the shops and restaurants close by. We really enjoyed walking on the beach while we were there. If relaxing on the beach is your thing, we appreciated the beach service that was included with our unit and the attendant at the little shack was so friendly and helpful! The kitchen is one of the most well stocked we have ever had in a VRBO! I was thrilled to have everything I needed to cook in our condo, including a crockpot! There is also an area by the pool with some charcoal community grills that we wished we would have remembered were there. The only thing I would
Point out is that there is only one towel and one wash rag per person so you might want to pack some to bring along if you don’t want to do laundry daily. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway with our 21 year old twin daughters. They are both in college and really just wanted to relax at the beach! Our stay was awesome, the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. We cooked dinner at the condo a couple nights and enjoyed some fresh seafood at a couple local beach restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching tons of dolphins out in the water. We took a late night swim in the heated pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway! We will return again for sure!!! The property manager was nice and communicated well with us!

Great condo, very clean, spacious and had many items ready for your use (paper towels, bath towels, dish detergent, makeup wipes,etc) making your stay easy from the minute you check in. Condominium was nice as well and had good beach access and pool.

The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The location was excellent. The condo was ok. The mattress needs to be replaced. The condo was clean, but needs some TLC. Paint would help.
Breakers East needs a lot of TLC. One elevator for that size property is not good. Lots of waiting trying to catch the elevator empty. The grounds were kept clean, but again, a good coat of paint, especially doors, would help.

Great Summer Getaway
Had a terrific time at this wonderful property. The rooms were terrific, kitchen was beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations.
Only minor inconvenience was no ice machine on property, but it was a short drive across the street.
We will definitely be coming back here next summer!
We had to talk to the manager a few times over the vacation and they were quick to respond!

Could not have been any easier. Accessing the condo, kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes! One suggestion....the living room area rug needs to be cleaned, pretty badly.

Our property manager, Carolyn, is always so helpful and available if we need anything. We will continue to stay at the Breakers East for all future family and anniversary trips.
