"ALL DECKED OUT" For your next visit to the Emerald Coast stay at "All Decked Out" in Destin, Florida. This Beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath home located in Crystal Beach. Just a short walk to the beach. Your morning coffee can be found just a short walk away. Camille's Restaurant is located above the coffee company; they have wonderful seafood & sushi too. For great shopping, entertainment and dining, the Destin Commons is just a short drive away. INSIDE - you’ll find a bright and beautiful living area with tile wood floors, windows all around and plenty of seating for your entire group. Enjoy your meals together at the large dining table that seats up to 10 - with room for 6 more at the adjacent kitchen bar. The inviting open spaces continue in the large kitchen - a perfect layout for multiple cooks with plenty of space to spread out. There’s a brand new stainless steel refrigerator and stove with oven, dishwasher and microwave. You’ll find all the dishes, pans and utensils you may need, a regular drip coffee maker, a toaster, a blender. We want you to feel at home, and the large, open layout is a perfect gathering spot for your family or friends. For the convenience of our guests, we have included a high capacity HE washer and dryer in the laundry area, and you’ll also find an iron, ironing board, broom, and a few cleaning supplies. We keep our home clean and well updated, and pay attention to amenities you expect, such as high-speed internet, nice flat-screen TVs, high-definition cable, hair dryers in each bathroom, and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair. With 6 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS, including 2 King Masters, Queen Room, Double Bunk Room and a 1 twin-over-full bunk with trindle. The thoughtful layout and amenities in this home make it one of the most comfortable and functional vacation homes you will ever find. OUTSIDE - A private backyard pool is all yours to enjoy with plenty of seating, and a 20 X 25 covered area with hammocks and gas grill. This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half-mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille’s, is an easy walk around the corner and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go para-sailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”! Bath towels and hair dryer provided BEDROOM #3 - Queen Room - 2nd Floor Queen bedroom features a full-size dresser, two nightstands with lamps, and a large closet. There’s a flat-screen HDTV so you can watch your choice of programs. BEDROOM #4 - Bunk Bedroom - 2nd Floor This bunk bedroom 4 twin beds and is perfect for the kids has a flat panel TV. BATHROOM #2 - 2nd floor This roomy bathroom features an extra-large vanity with a single sink and drawers, commode, tub/shower combination. Bath towels and hair dryer provided. BEDROOM #5 - Master Bedroom - 3rd Floor This is a huge beautiful master bedroom on the 3rd floor features a KING BED and Dresser and closet for convenient storage, as well as a nightstand, lamp, and a flat screen TV. You’ll experience panoramic views of the ocean and the entire Crystal Beach area -- simply beautiful! Relax in you room and enjoy sunrise and sunset. BEDROOM #6 - Bunk Room with Full and Trundle - 3rd Floor When the children are ready to wind down - they will love being together in this fun room. There is one set of twin bunks full bed bottom (2 twins and 1 full beds), a nightstand, closet and a flat panel TV. BATHROOM #3 - Master Bathroom 3rd Floor This well-appointed master bathroom features a double sink with storage beneath and drawers with a vanity. A toilet room with door. A garden tub and separate shower. Bath towels and a personal hair dryer provided. BATHROOM #4 - 3rd Floor This well-appointed bathroom features a single sink with storage beneath, a commode and walk-in shower. Bath towels and hair dryer provided POOL & OUTDOOR AREA The 12’ x 24’ private pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and offers plenty of space to enjoy the Destin sunshine. You can relax in the lounge chairs at the pool or at the three tables with chairs for a little shade under the huge covered area. For outdoor cooking, you’ll find a gas grill. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. PERFECT BEACH LOCATION All Decked Out is a short walk to the beach with public beach access! We provide a cart with beach chairs and an umbrella. 4 bikes for your use and Golf Cart rental is also available. Golf cart fee $650 plus tax. Brand new 2021 street legal gas operated. All Decked Out not so Decked out
Family before trashed the place. Trash was in the yard, closet doors broken, patio chairs broken, floors were dirty, vents had mold on them, and third floor patio white chairs were black. There was broken glass pieces in dishes. The pool was not clean and plugged with water balloons. Descriptions on VRBO were misleading and numbers do not all match. Furthermore, prices don't match signs posted in house.

Great house!
The house was perfect for the 18 people we had staying there. The manager was great to work with. Absolutely no complaints! We did have to buy bath cloths because there was only 4 bath cloths in the whole house but that was no big deal.

Great place!
Great place to stay! Owner was very responsive. Short walk to the beach. Pool was a lot smaller than what we expected but otherwise we had fun! Patio was a great addition to the home.

While we had a blast and the location and house is amazing. The house lacked some basic amenities. There was no beach towels, extra rolls of toilet paper or any basic kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper or cooking oil. Would definitely book again but would be nice to know beforehand.

We had 14 people with our group and this place was great! Everyone slept comfortable! Close walking distance to the beach and pool was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at “Decked Out”. There was a ton of room with plenty of beds for our three families (5 adults and four kids). The pool and outdoor space was perfect when we got home from the beach each day. The older couple of our group stayed downstairs and liked that they could make their coffee early without disturbing us. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and tons of beach toys- no need to bring pool or beach toys (a large collection which even included beach chairs, one small boogie board, a beach wagon, & two umbrellas (although both were slightly broken) They even had four beach bikes and a ping pong table which we enjoyed using (the table needs a screw reworked underneath to sturdy it more). The downstairs fan remote didn’t work even though we tried a new battery but the fan still works. They had some games and the decor was very nice. We used the washer/dryer daily without any issues. Our only complaint was that the floor was sandy right from the start and we had to sweep (but being at the beach this may be near impossible to avoid). Our feet would turn black real quick so I just wore flip flops indoors the whole time. We were also told they had staffing issues due to the pandemic so it may have been the best they could do for the time being. Overall, we loved the home and experience. Many memories were made here. Thank you!

The house was beautiful. Management was super friendly with recommendations of the things to do. They provide beach toys and chairs and a nice wagon to pull it all in for your short walks to the beach!

Maybe check the cleaning staff. The floors were sandy and I assume several bunk beds on the main floor were not washed from the previous week's group. The bunk beds had sand in them as well. We washed the bedding and had great week.

Property and VRBO management issues.
Communication with VRBO prior to vacation was very slow and sometimes no response. Had requested Rental of Golf Cart months prior to date of vacation, but no reply from VRBO. We did our annual family vacation in Destin and this definitely tops the list. Our group had no issues with the house despite others experiences. I don’t remember having to contact the property manager Ms. Moody for any issues. We rented the golf cart last
minute and she worked with us to ensure all the documents were completed without difficulty. Someone came by to repair the washer/dryer but it worked fine for us. We did several loads of laundry while there. We were given the code to check in when we got there and that went seamless. We were sure to read all the instructions for the use of the house which are clearly posted in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there from pots and pans to the bicycles that everyone enjoyed. Location is very close to the beach and when not at the beach we made good use of the private pool. The kids loved the pool and this is something that’s a must for all future rentals. We rented the golf cart since I had my mom and mother in law with me and mom recently had knee replacement. There is free parking for the golf carts by the beach. There were 3 wasp nests at the house on the ground floor but my husband is handy, we just purchased some spray and took care of it but we also let Ms. Moody know. I can’t say enough about this location and Destin. We definitely will be back. Oh and Crab Island is a must. Do it. You won’t be sorry.

We had a very nice stay. The house has most everything you might need. The location is great, the pool area is nice and this house was large enough for our party of 14. They do not however provide much in the way of extra TP, basic cleaning supplies or basic kitchen condiments. Overall is was wonderful and whoever gets the house after us, they will be pleased to find two new beach umbrellas and loads of beach toys. FYI if you have small children, we did find a baby gate in the laundry room to use for one set of stairs and we arranged the chairs to provide safety for the other set of stairs. The golf cart is brand new and it was very nice to have for beach runs.

We stayed at this property over the weekend and we had a great time. The entire family way happy. .plenty of room for all the members of our party. The property manager got back to us really quick with any concern we had. Overall this place was awesome ;-)

Be your own pool boy!
Upon arrival we were not supplied a code to enter even due we had messaged asking about the check in process. We had to wait until after calling the number listed and leaving a message. Finally we were called back and given the code to entry after waiting 10 minutes. We then realized the pool was not cleaned. The pool was full of leaves needing to be cleaned out. We called and were told it would take a couple of days to “get to us”. We had to clean the pool on our own. The grill had no propane and we had to exchange the tank. We took the garbage cans out like we were told we had too. The “property manager” drove by the house and yelled at us to get the cans back in. If you take out the property managers failures the overall property was nice. Location was great. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Pool after we cleaned it was great.

Perfect for a large group!
We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and without fighting over bathrooms and space! The back yard is AMAZING!! Plenty of room for everyone to lounge around the pool. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the public beach access. Although the beach was “public”, it was less crowded than many of the high rise condo beach areas. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome house! Close to everything!
The house was immaculate, well decorated and very well appointed. The backyard/pool area was great as well. The pool is a little on the small side, but we didn't mind. The covered area was a great place to eat and hang out in at night. My only small complaint was the manager of the house would not always respond right away. She was very nice, but must have been busy. Upon arrival you have a starter kit with soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, dishwasher pods that will last you a bit, but if you are staying a week, you will need to go out and buy your supplies. Would definitely stay again!
