Your private boardwalk begins just off the back deck. This home offers two covered porches, an open concept living area with two story windows providing ocean views from every level! Spread over multiple floors this six-bedroom, four-bathroom house comfortably accommodates 12 people. The kitchen has granite counter tops, double oven, breakfast bar with bar stools. The dining table seats 12 and is located next to the kitchen bar offering additional seating. The living room has comfortable seating for gathering around the TV as well as a second sofa/sitting area looking out over the ocean. On the third floor there is a den with a pub table, comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV, 3 additional bedrooms which includes the Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. For outdoor living there is a covered front porch, 2 ocean front covered porches; one with outdoor dining. On the top floor there are 2 open sundecks. WIFI, and linens are all included. Gas Grill is located on the back board walk. No smoking please. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect views from the 2 story bay windows! Great set up for large groups or several families. And much closer to the water than any of the neighboring houses! Spacious living areas with a bonus den upstairs. Kitchen has everything you would need. Balconies off three of the bedrooms for privacy and views. Great location! Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing their age but overall a great place for a memory/filled vacation!

We had perfect weather and was able to enjoy the beach during the day and walk to the restaurants at night. The house is great! Plenty of space. It needs some updating but other than that wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in May, seven adults and a toddler, and we all loved it. Since there are several common areas we never felt like we were crowded and could have a place to be alone if we wanted. Great location -- it's in a very quiet part of the front beach and even at high tide there was plenty of beach area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and serving pieces and there are two refrigerators. There was ample, comfortable seating in both the living areas and kitchen table. Seating outside was adequate for eight of us. There are several restaurants within walking distance which is great because parking in the area is limited. This is not a fancy, modern house, but from our standpoint we weren't looking for that -- it was comfortable, clean and offered everything we needed.

Reviewer Comments: Nice house, very homey, great location.Needs a larger SMART TV in the main living room, more deck furniture to accommodate 12 people which is what the house sleeps. Bathrooms need updated badly. I would rent it again if those items I mentioned were completed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location and perfectly oceanfront. So nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants. House is large and spacious and has wonderful oceanfront views from nearly every window. It is in need of some repairs and general maintenance and could use some upgrades as well, but this didn’t affect our stay at all. The house is just far enough up from the “town” section of the island to enjoy a quiet atmosphere, but be aware you do hear the music from The Windjammer in the evenings. All in all though a nice comfortable stay.
