Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this attractive condo for $268 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Exciting News! Remodeled main bathroom completed June 2023, Kitchen remodeled 2022. New Mattress on Queen beds, Oct. 2023. Also, Large Flat Screen TV in Living Room in 2023 and bluetooth audio for your favorite tunes on your phone. On the main living level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and is attached to the bathroom. The loft is mostly enclosed for privacy and feels like a second bedroom; it has a sliding window that can open to overlook the living room below. It also features a queen bed and a twin bed. The sixth sleeping spot is on the sofa in the living room that you just remove the back pillows and it is the size of a twin bed. Each level has its own full bathroom. Open living room with two sliding doors to enjoy the tall pine tree views outside. INTERNET is available in this unit. Ethan Allen Entertainment Unit holds 60" TV, books, and games. Great pellet stove for warming the inside in the winter months. Newer sofa that is also designed as a twin size bed. Just remove the back pillows and use the sheets, blankets and pillows on the sofa itself. Two other reclining chairs make for great reading or relaxing. Go old school with lots of board games! Spacious main level bedroom has a flat screen TV., queen bed and an extra area with a chair with a motorized stand up desk, in case you need to do some work while you are there. Kitchen is ready to go with the tools and spices for all your cooking needs. Jacuzzi, sauna, and laundry amenities are all available (bring lots of quarters) in this great complex. Tennis court, pool, BBQ, picnic area, also available in the Summer. What an awesome stay! Cabin is as advertised…great recent upgrades in bathroom and kitchen, newer TV,& great wi-fi connection. Cabin is in an ideal location to everything and Camille was very helpful & communicative throughout. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Mammoth!

TL;DR - nice but needs some TLC. 3+ stars, depending which bed you are in. The good: The location is very convenient - close to grocery, restaurants, buses, etc. Nice hot tub. The bad: No additional towels and toiletries, so if coming for a long time bring extra or plan on doing laundry (conveniently located next to hot tub). The ugly: The beds in the room on the second floor (queen + twin) are not that comfortable - the queen bed sags towards the middle, and the twin is unstable. Can still sleep in them, but I think this needs to be improved. A note that is by no mean VRBO/Owner issue, but just an FYI: it's a bit hard to find w/ GPS (maybe since street names changed), so don't just follow the directions blindly, keep your eyes open.

Very nice condo. Sleeps 2 couples comfortably. The couch is comfortable for another person, plus a small bed upstairs. Equipped with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Would recommend.

The place is a cozy 2 bedroom condo. It is located close to many amenities. We dined at three of the host-recommended restaurants, which all turned out very well. The communication with the host was prompt and professional. Yes, we will frequent this place again in the future.

Great condo in the heart of town. A little bummed there was so much construction on the roads leading to trailheads so hiking was a no-go. Otherwise, nice and peaceful stay.

Clean, easy access, full amenities. A couple of suggestions that would make even better with 4 adults: 1) hot water for showers ran out quickly 2) mattress in upstairs bedroom should be replaced/ (tilts toward center from both edges)

The fan didn't eork I didn't know in advance that washer and dryer require extra pay with quarters, then the cod for the combo (spa& laundry) didn't work and it took a while and some hassle to get it right. In addition, in the morning the roof was fixing includes some knocking and water flows on the balcony (and on the clothes that were hanging there). Other than that, if fixed, great place!

This property was amazing for our family. It was perfect size for our stay. The beds and sleeping arrangements were great for our family size. We loved the attention to detail that the property owner had with the brochures, trolly/bus maps, and listings of favorite restaurants. There was also ziplocks and a hairdryer stashed that I was so grateful for because I forgot. Highly recommended this unit.

We loved the location in Mammoth Lakes, it was central to everything we wanted to do while we were there. We also loved the town, it was not crowded and everyone we interacted with was so nice. Definitely recommend this rental!!!

The place was clean and as described. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The best of all was the location close to green line stop 42 which takes you right to Eagle. Very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
