The private balcony is spacious and offers room for dining as well as relaxing. Living and Dining areas are adjoined with plenty of space for everyone. 3 bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 6 persons. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and flatware you will need during your stay. There is a private washer and dryer inside the condominium for your convenience. Okaloosa Island is home to one of the cleanest, sugar white sand beaches in all of Florida. The powdery sand stretches for miles beyond Destin to east and Navarre to the west. The location was perfect! Beach was a short easy walk! Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Place was clean and well stocked! The beds were great! And the staff was friendly and responded immediately to anything that we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was fine except there was no Air condition in the elevators and it was way to hot in there. We were on the 5th floor so we went up and down the stairs most of the time. It was really inconvenient. The room was great though and right on the beach was great as well

This condo worked out well for a family of four and grandparents. They had supplied it with items that they said they didn't have but it all worked out. Very clean. Communication was good on email. Everything worked.

Great week!
Wonderful condo! My family had a great week . Rooms were clean and right on the beach . Only negative was the elevator. My mom and kids got stuck as well as several other people we met and on the day we left it was broken and all our luggage and Ice chest had to be carried down 5 flights of stairs . It was still a great stay and I still gave an excellent rating bc the condo itself was wonderful and I know the elevator is most likely not in your control.

Overall, I got what I paid for and I’d stay there again for the price I paid.

Thank you for a wonderful condo to stay in while our family was on vacation in Destin, Fl. The place came with many amenities that you just would not get staying in a hotel. The beds were super comfortable.

The location was perfect! The condo is right on the beach, it's very close to all of the attractions, places to eat and stores. It took us 10 minutes to get basically anywhere in Destin.

The issues we had were with the wifi which is almost non existent. My daughter had a conference all week during our stay and was unable to attend via the internet due to the lack of wifi service. We were also unable to use one of the balconies in the unit due to construction and the other balcony was full of furniture so it was basically unusable as well. We also had plays to play tennis during our stay and was unable to do so because the tennis court was being used as the construction area and was also in really bad shape. We also were very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order duringnour entire stay. We were disappointed with some of the amenities that we were not able to use during our stay. Even though the unit was OK if we had known about the wifi, construction, balconies and no hot tub we would have made other arrangements.

Better Than Advertised
The Sea Oats resort/complex and this unit exceeded all of our expectations. Booked due to location, space, and reasonable price but upon arrival were pleasantly surprised. The unit is very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and absolutely no issues at all. Check in/out was straight forward and painless - we felt welcomed to call if we had any issues but there was no need as we had no issues or inconveniences what so ever. Rooms are huge including the bathrooms and the big kitchen had everything you need and then some. We didn't use the Bunk room (didn't have a need) but the beds in the other 2 bedrooms were great. Seating in the living area was very comfortable and it's nice to have a modern smart-tv like at home. The views from both balconies are awesome, who needs direct ocean-front if you spend all day on the beach! It's nice to have a change of scenery when you are on the balcony and the direct view to the bay side was fantastic. However, you are still right on the Beach with a short walk to the pool and then the white sand. For the past 7 years we vacation in Ft. Walton on Okaloosa Island at least 1 week per year but this was our first time trying Sea Oats, and so happy we did! Hope to return soon!

It was listed in a range of $*** - $ **** for the week. We were charged the highest amount, possibly based on having 5 family members along. We left it as clean as if 2-3 people had stayed there. The beach was close and view of town area was nice. Personally, I did not find the living room furniture to be very comfortable but I guess that's personal. The unit was very roomy and comfortable overall...having 3 bedrooms is quite nice on vacation! The luggage carts were plentiful and held a lot. All in all, a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend a week!!!* Listing accuracy lost a star because of the poor internet wifi reliability.

Coronacaction
The property sits right on the ocean with super easy access to the pool and beach. This property is roomy with three bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, TVs in each room, and has a washer and dryer. The air conditioner in this unit works amazingly well. The property manager was quick to respond to emails. We loved the white sandy beaches, clear ocean and daily complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs. There are two balcony’s with one of them having a distant view of the ocean. We didn’t miss the front ocean view because we spent so much time outside and were exhausted by the time we went in.
There are lots of places that deliver and do grocery pick up if you are trying to stay out of crowds. This place was very family friendly.... we hope to return!

We had a very enjoyable week in the area of Fort Walton Beach and the sea oats property. We highly recommend it!! We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and coffee at the Starbucks inside the oasis, beach and pool access, walking the pier, shopping at Alvins, meals at Fubar and AJ's, as well as a dolphin tour in Destin! We will be back!
