About this house rental
Situated in Asheville, this attractive house for $476 per night is a great choice for your next break. This newly remodeled amazing ranch style house really has it all! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and two minutes from the outlet mall. The living area and kitchen have recently been remodeled so that the beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from the living room! It has a heavenly hot tub, pool table, TV/Movie room with 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, large fenced backyard with fruit trees and fire pit and an outdoor screened in porch. And here's an unexpected bonus: you can see the Biltmore Estate from the deck! Tony and I live 20 minutes north of this house so we are always available to address any questions or issues that may come up. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE FOR A BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTY. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND WE CANNOT HOST GUESTS WITH A SIMILAR TYPE OF CELEBRATION PLANNED. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all modern large appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and the basics in dishes, small appliances (including a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker), utensils, cookware and spices. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king size bed, an attached half bath and a 40" TV. The other two main floor bedrooms each have queen size beds and the main full bath is easily accessed from the hall. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. The living room has two large leather sofas and a 55” Smart TV with streaming Netflix and YouTube TV. The main level living room brick gas fireplace and the lower level electric fireplace will provide you with plenty of warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Charcoal grill and plenty of seating on the deck which overlooks the backyard and long range mountain views. Screened in, covered patio next to house with festive lighting and large picnic table with seating for 8. Huge fenced in back yard with fruit trees, berry bushes and large fire pit. You can bring your dog (up to two for a $75 dog fee)-please no cats. In addition to the bedroom, the lower level is a walk out to the back yard and has a pool table and a TV room with a 70” Smart TV. Just out the sliding doors is the amazing hot tub. WiFi is reliable. Biltmore Village and Estate is 15 minutes away and trendy West Asheville with it's funky shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions. Our family, including our chihuahua, had a great stay in this immaculately clean, well appointed home. Birgit was so helpful, kind, and communicative before, during and after our stay. The house is thoughtfully stocked, with useful details (places to hang towels and coats, grab bar in the shower, clean, spacious drawers and closets, well stocked kitchen). The floors, cabinets and kitchen table are lovely wood. Mid-century modern furnishings match the house. Beautiful vintage tile in the baths. Amazing views. Quiet neighborhood. Just a great place to stay in Asheville!

My wife and I met our two adult children families w/toddlers in Asheville. We found that the Epic Mtn view property was very clean and comfortable and met or exceeded (hot tub) our expectations based on the description. we didn’t have any issues that required assistance from tony and birgit but we felt like they would be available efficiently if needed. Would definitely rent here again if our family returns to asheville

This house was well situated for all our Asheville travels. We received easy instructions on how to get there and how to enter and use the property. It was clean and bright and there were lots of thoughtful touches (ie, plenty of towels, blankets, games) that made this place feel like a second home. We loved all the kitchen gadgets and spices. The view was gorgeous and hot tub was relaxing. Our dog had plenty of room to roam in the fully fenced yard. We felt this was an incredible place to stay and we would stay again!

We stayed here over Fall Break and absolutely loved it. Plenty of room for everyone and the dogs loved the huge yard. The house was very clean and well taken care of even for an older home. We loved having two living spaces and all the couches and beds were very comfortable. The storage area with laundry was so helpful as we could store the mountain bikes inside at night with our worry. The neighborhood is so quiet and you feel like you’re very far out of the city, but everything was 15-20 minutes away. There were some great trails in Pisgah Forest that we found really great for walking the dogs. I personally found the Rice Pinacle Trailhead to be a great trail to walk the dogs on, and it was 5 minutes from
The house. The Ashville Outlets, Ingles grocery, Chipotle, Starbucks and more are only 3 minutes away yet we couldn’t hear the traffic. I can’t recommend this house enough and we will definitely rent again next time we go to Ashville. My kids deemed this their favorite VRBO rental ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed at Bent Creek House for a week late Aug. The booking, check-in/out process went very well, our Host Birgit was very responsive to questions. House accommodations worked out great for 5 of us, given the number of bedrooms & overall space. Fantastic view from the back deck, even better with a glass of wine on a nice evening after busy days exploring all the area has to offer. House location fantastic with reasonable drive to Asheville in 1 direction, Hendersonville in the other. Easy access to airport for family in/out. Although we've been NC residents for many years on the coast, visiting Asheville & other nearby towns/attractions has been on our list for quite a while. Totally enjoyed everything about the trip, accommodations and mountain areas. T U very much Birgit & Tony for hosting us!

After spending a few hours in the car with our fur children, who were anxiously awaiting a break, we opened to the door to the most breathtaking views ever right in the kitchen. It literally looked like a painting. Then I needed to run to the grocery which was a hop, skip and a jump away. Not to mention I forgot a couple of things so we ran across the street to shop at the outlets. The home had every little thing we needed and was super easy to navigate, ie the TVs, the hot tub, etc. The hosts were so kind to text us when the lawn company was coming by so we could put our pups away. Overall, the home was superb, very clean, well laid out and cozy to hang out in. We would absolutely rent this home again in a heart beat. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Absolutely loved this home. It has everything we needed and more. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to DT Asheville and we had plenty of space for 4 couples, a 9 month old, and 2 dogs!! It was very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub is a nice touch. 5 stars, would recommend and stay here again!

4 friends met from different parts of the country. The house was perfect. It was spotlessly clean. Cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed from coffee maker to toaster oven and pots and pans. There were plenty of dishes and glasses, which isn’t always the case. The beds we all comfy. Enjoyed the very clean hot tub. Location was great. Grocery store close by. We visited the Biltmore and did some antiquing. Beautiful view off the back deck overlooking the mountains and the Biltmore. Hope to come back again!

The neighborhood is quiet, the house is modern and clean, communication with the owners was great, and the place had everything we needed (and then some). This home was not as spacious as the pictures. Kitchen frying pans should be replaced. No baking pans available. Could use a few more washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise, the view, location, and sleeping conditions were fine.

First let me say that as you read the listing know that what you read is what you get. It is as described! It was big, clean, well stocked and the location was truly 11 minutes to downtown. Our 2 large dogs were happy the whole time! The downstairs was the perfect gathering for our family karaoke, games and laughs!! The gate made the stairs so safe for our 18 month and 3 and 5 year old. I am sure we will be back! Staying here was easy!

This house is a great option for families traveling to Asheville! We loved that the rental is dog friendly. the downstairs game room, spacious backyard for our pups, and comfortable rooms were exactly what we needed. We stayed for 9 nights. The grocery store is so close which made for cooking meals very easy. We spent time at the Biltmore, downtown and Sierra Nevada which all were easy drives. The neighborhood was quiet and while you can see the lights of busy commercial area from the deck, the sunrise and sunset over the mountains are so pretty. Our host had excellent communication throughout and were very responsive and accommodating to our family. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you for hosting us!!

We had family coming from Georgia, and Kentucky to stay at the VRBO. Booking process was so easy, and detail instructions on getting there, and things to visit during our stay was amazing. The place was very clean, and all the necessary items you need for 4 family's to stay. The view of the mountain through the kitchen window was amazing. Especially since they had a telescope to look at the Biltmore far away. Would truly recommend this VRBO for a trip to Asheville, N.C.

A group of us ladies had a long weekend to see the Biltmore, plus shop and hike Black Mountain/Asheville, and this was the perfect house for us. Everyone had their own bedroom, it was central and close to everything, and was clean and fresh when we arrived. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had as well! We were in town for a wedding and the property just added to our experience. It is centrally located- 15 minutes to almost anywhere. The sunrise off the deck was amazing with Mount Mitchell welcoming the morning. Everything you need was available in the home. Fantastic!!

This is our third stay with this property owner and first stay at this location. As usual this property is fabulous. The views from inside and out is just as the pictures show (yes! You can see the Biltmore House from the deck even without the magnification). The house was impeccably clean and comfortable. Location is wonderful. Just minutes away from the N.C. Arboretum and all that it has to offer. Asheville is also minutes away for the foodies. We went apple picking at Sky Top Orchard which is just down the road in Flat Rock. We will definitely return.

My wife, pup and I really enjoyed our stay. The yard was awesome. I also really liked the location as the grocery store and Wicked Weed West were right down the road. The host was great and we are renting one of their other properties next summer as this house was booked for the weekend we needed. Highly recommend. Best house for pets we have stayed at.

We loved this rental, it's by far the cleanest one we've rented over the years. The location is perfect for exploring so many areas! It's so convenient to downtown (all areas including the river arts district, heart of downtown, south slope) but perfectly situated to the main highways to get to other towns and hikes so easily - we loved that the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance was also right down the road. There is SO much to do in the surrounding area and we loved coming back after exploring and relaxing in the hot tub. The views from the back of this house are amazing! The mountains are so pretty and it's a perfect view from the deck and backyard/hot tub. Our dog loved the big back yard to run around!
There's really nothing I would change about this house for our vacation! It was perfect and so well stocked with what we needed to get through the week - lots of towels, even extra large ones for after the hot tub, plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies (tp, dishwasher pods, paper towels, the list goes on and on!).
If we come back to the area, I'd rent this house in a heartbeat and have already shared the link with several friends!

Great Stay
This was our first time to Asheville in almost 32 years. We absolutely loved it. The home was conveniently located. It only took 15 minutes to reach downtown Asheville which we loved. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors we met out walking were very friendly. We even ran across a black bear on one of our walks. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. We brought our two dogs who loved the large privacy fenced back yard. It was so nice to let them out and not have to worry about them.
We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.
