Decent place with nice location close to the highway. Staff were very friendly and professional. The food was very nice at the restaurant.
Very expensive since it’s so close to Venice. We didn’t appreciate smoking was allowed in some of the rooms, as you could smell it on the hallway. Some of the areas and rooms were newly renovated, but the hotel still had older areas and the furniture especially the one outside was too much, too cramped, and too many things everywhere. The check out was also quite early, 10:00am, which didn’t give us enough time to rest, eat breakfast then pack. We did rush in the morning, but when we came back to our room from breakfast at 9:30, the cleaning lady was already in our room which we didn’t appreciate. We were also told when we checked in to not leave anything in the car as there are burglars, which didn’t make us feel very safe; wish they had better security.

Great location for visiting Venice old town if you travel by car. They have huge free and gated parking lot and even let us park there for free for the duration of our city visit after checking out. Hotel looks older but renovated inside. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom is modern. Bus for Venice leaves right outside the gate from the main street and it takes 20 minutes to get there. You can even buy tickets directly at reception. Breakfast is standard continental selection. Good price and convenient instead of looking for expensive options in the old town. There is also a decent restaurant within the hotel premises. It is necessary to book ahead as it seems to be quite popular with locals.

The staff helped me book a taxi for the morning.
The staff made me wait until after 2 pm to receive my room. I arrived early (before check in time) but notified them the day before that I would. Then they offered bus services to the 3 families that showed up at 2 pm but never provided me with that information. They also never provided me a place to store my bags so I could go explore Venice.
The room was a little dirty and had mold and broken tiles in the bathroom (including a floor tile that was unstable). I also thought it was weird to have a hand towel holder/rack hanging directly over the bidet so my hand towel kept landing in the bidet which is gross.
The hotel was not really near anything. The one or two restaurants nearby had ok food but not really good food.
I also had breakfast included but needed to leave at 2am. They did not offer me anything to go, which for a 4 star hotel I thought they might.
