Very nice, bright, clean rooms, very nice breakfast, very helpful stuff. The hotel smells nice everywhere!
The mattress and pillow could be a bit more comfortable to be perfect. The elevator is too slow

This hotel has a favorable location in the heart of Mestre. It sits on a pedestrian-friendly (no vehicles) street filled with restaurants and stores. A short 3 block walk to the train that takes you directly to Venice for about 2 euro. The front desk gave us a printed map so that we could easily get our bearings and find our way to the train. Handy when phone batteries were running low. They even helped us hire a taxi for our very early departure to the airport.

Great location . Right in the middle of the square.
Staff need to be more hospitable . From reception to kitchen / breakfast staff not one smile in our one day stay .
Coffee machine in breakfast room is in the wrong position . Should be moved from the doorway where people and staff are coming and going .
