Great staff, wonderful breakfast, easy access to the Tram
The essential oil smell on the sheets and towels was a bit strong for me. I had to let the room air out and declined room service because of this aroma.

We had to change the room as the original was missing a washing machine but the staff moved us the next day. The "second" room was bigger, had washing machine, balcony. It was cleaner too.
Breakfast was well organized, always place and food was replaced quickly. The chief water was doing an amazing job.
Location is just great. Easy bus drive from the airport. Direct tram to Venice. Short walk to Mester center and few restaurants around.
The original room we were placed in had NO washing machine, the bathroom had mould and the hot plate was above the fridge and believe was broken, as it was heating the fridge underneath. The walls are rather thin and we heard all the neighbours.
Booking writes about dishwasher but the staff says none of the rooms have dishwashers.

The hotel is in great condition. The room is quiet. We like the breakfaster, which is excellent. The hair dryer was not function well, but got fixed quickly.
The staff could be more friedly.

The room was beautiful and very clean
The bar and restaurant was closed and you have too pay the use off the pool area which I didn’t like , asked for a wine glass and Ice bucket seeing that the bar was closed was given a plastic cup and cup of ice being in the trade for 35 years this was the worse customer service I have ever seen I had to take a glass from the bar so my partner could have a glass of wine in our room and when checking out wasn’t asked if we had a good time the breakfast was very minimal but fresh
