clean, comfy beds, great location in Bled
the bathrooms are a bit outdated, the elevator was in and out of service during our stay

The location was very close to the lake, breakfast was really good and plentiful. Swimming and jacuzzi were a bonus after lots of walking

Despite having a few issues in the room (no coffee sachets, only decaf and tea), cleaner left a dirty cloth hanging over the balcony, doors that didnt close properly - most of these were fixed almost immediately. Also the heat doesnt turn on until a certain day of Winter so it was a little cold. But the staff were fantastic.
Heat turned on sooner in the season.
