First the location, it is right at the lake with a beautiful view of Lake Bled. Staff super polite and attentive. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The room was very cozy & comfortable, location was excellent, the view was the reason why i had booked the Hotel in the first place & we got what we wanted in terms of views.
There was nothing that i didnt like.

The room was superb. The Prestige Suite had huge windows overlooking the lake. We also had a private patio overlooking the lake.
The staff was indifferent and one was completely unhelpful. We are senior citizens and were not offered help with our luggage and getting a second cup of coffee was out of the question, for example. We paid £22 per person for the most pitiful breakfast I have ever seen.
