Great location close to the city center, public transportation, and shopping. Clean large rooms. Quiet.
Nothing.

Excellent location next to westbannhof, airport bus, subways and trams. Friendly and helpful reception staff, room is clean and spacious. Everything is good nothong to complain ( it fits well to a 4 star macure hotel standard)
The room ( economic double room) does not have ventilation system nor air conditioning, but window can be opened. It not a problem for autumn but i guess simmer and winter could pose a big issue. Please improve this as most clients would expect a macure hotel having air conditioning and vantilation in the room.
Wale up call was a bit backwards. Instead of rpom telephone rings, soneone actually come to knock my room door 😯

Location and breakfast
Staff were less than helpful, rooms need better cleaning and a more consistent functionality.
