The location could not have been more perfect. Via Fillungo is the main street through the town lined with wonderful shops. It is close to the Piazza dell’ Anfiteatro and the train station is only a 20 minute walk. The property itself is charming. Our room did not have a shower but that is not uncommon in Italy. Our room was spacious and filled with natural light. The women who own A Palazzo Busdraghi are delightful; very helpful and friendly.
There is no outdoor space. There is a courtyard but not certain if it is a shared space. Obviously, it did not prevent us from staying here.

Very good location.

The hotel was described online as a little quirky - which is right, but that is its charm. Marta and the staff were very friendly. The hotel and its decor are very much in keeping with the Residenza d'Epoca (historic palace).
The rooms are clean and were spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The welcome was warm and friendly.
The location is excellent - very close to the centre
The hotel is not staffed all the time. From the outside it's difficult to know whether you have attracted attention through the huge wooden door.
