Great location, comfy bed & good shower etc. No complaints!
Nothing that bothered us but there was a bit of noise from the other guests in the evenings coming up/down the stairs. It was a self check in style without anyone to meet us but that wasn’t a problem & we were able to leave our bags in the room while it was being cleaned.

The location was sensational and our view of Il Pozze de Sainta Zita was so special. Everything was just around the corner, it is a fantastic location. The decor, amazing and huge shower, the comfy bed, the tea and coffee making facilities - all superb.
Nothing could have improved our stay - the staff were quick and responsive - all excellent.

Perfect location. Easy to access with codes.
Slightly noisy when people move around upstairs but it is to be expected in an old property.

Fantastic location, ease of check in with digital key. We stayed in Purple room with comfortable firm bed, 2 chairs , a minibar and bathroom with shower and bidet. Airdryer in bathroom. The Purple room is up a flight of stairs (no lift). Would absolutely book again.
Would have liked a mini fridge for personal food items
