The staff.....they were super friendly, helpful and happy.

We like the location due to access to trains but also walking distance to Buck House, St James, Westminster
The rooms are small - it’s expected, and we were only there to sleep but they are small!

Breakfast was decent and prepared nicely. Our luggages were stored when we left for Edinburgh until our return for another 2 nights. It was really great that we found our luggages already in our room when we came back. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Room temperature sometimes wasn't according to the set temperature although we were still comfortable.

Bedding and towels and the room was very clean , staff were very nice , en suite very nice ,bed was comfortable,
Lower ground floor bedroom, very narrow stairway and hallway ,couldn’t see any fire escape , no wardrobe only half a hanging length for clothes and very small area , Train track noise of running trains above ceiling of the bedroom . Window was very high and very small couldn’t see out and second window was an inside window it felt claustrophobic.
The air con was on all the time staff couldn’t turn it off so set it at a nice temperature which was good enough
