Very pleased with everything except my room (203) which was incredibly small and slightly shabby. Definitely needed refurbishment and was more suited to a store room. My friend’s room, which was booked at the same time and cost the same, was much roomier and pleasant. I barely had room for my suitcase! The bathroom however, was very nice.

We like the location , it is in a quiet area close to Pimlico Tube Station or Victoria Rail Station. Its is a nicely maintained and comfortable Hotel
Bed a little uncomfortable but not terrible, we have stayed here 3/4 times so it certainly does not put us off.

The staff were very helpful and friendly - specific praise due to Khilan on reception/overnight security who could not have done more for us. Continental breakfast was good and location fitted our needs. Good value small bar at the hotel and good restaurants nearby, particularly the Italian restaurant O Sole Mio which was recommended to us by the hotel team.
Room was very compact and facilities were a little limited.
