Good location forgetting around London. Pimlico station a few minutes walk away.
We stayed in the accessible room which is looking a little tired. The aircon unit is very noisy. There wasn’t enough shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries etc.

Location
Room was downstairs right next to dining hall where breakfast was served so got woken up very early; the room had design flaws:; no where to put your clothes & very few hangers; the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with the thinnest mattress. Had trouble with their wifi service
