Nice modern apartments in the city center. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

I liked the clean apartment.

The lift was the worst thing about the entire apartment. I was travelling with elderly and a baby and the onus is on the person to close the door after using the lift. unfortunately this was not the case and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs almost the whole time to close an open door to get the lift to go down. Very disappointed with this facility and made it very difficult to get up and down to our apartment with a baby and elderly. would not stay again due to this.

It had everything we needed, was clean, had a great view (the 3 bedroom apt), and was the perfect location! 10/10

The Eric Vokel Gran Via suites were clean, comfortable and ideally located right on the red subway line (Rocafort station) and close to the Sants train station. The staff (Carolina, Julia & Eva) were very helpful and responsive whenever we needed room supplies, recommendations or other help. Overall a delightful stay - many thanks!

As others have mentioned - the elevator was tiny and could be somewhat slow during peak times. In general - this did not hinder our enjoyment of the apartment - with older buildings, the older elevators were expected.

the location, friendly staff, spacious. walking distance to bus and train and close to store to stock up on food

you could hear others in room and hallway. The elevator was slow and wouldn’t work if the door wasn’t shut on another floor. not good for people with bad knees. Not all the amenities of a hotel but perfect for 3 people

The apartment is spacious and tidy, and the pretty and cute lady Julia at the front desk was very nice and supportive, in a word, very good experience staying in Vokel！

Hope extra garbage bags could be provided in the future.

the communication was very hard through emails and phone. The elevator is a handle the apartment had all the basics but it is definitely missing some charm . I think it is a great place for a long vacation with your family, but not for a couple’s night.

Great apartment! Perfect from families! Spectacular location! The staff was exceptional! Due to unexpected circumstances we were unable to confirm our stay until the last minute, everyone involved were extremely helpful, we are completely satisfied. We will definitely return!

We wish we have stayed longer!

We stay here on our trips running down from Andorra. Erik Vökel nails it when it comes to location/quietness which is what we are looking for as we travel with our 2 young ones. Central location makes it all perfect for trips into the city as well as catching the airport bus.
