I booked this hotel for a friend visiting London, having stayed here many times myself. Excellent location, easy access to transport and always friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommended!
Will be nice to have a breakfast option, but the Three coffee at the end of the road making amazing breakfast and coffee. So balanced

The lady in reception, she made our stay. Lovely lady. Catered to our needs, we made a couple of requests like needing a spoon as there wasn't one in the room and an extra mug as we were in a room for 3 but only had 2 mugs. She was friendly and helpful.
It's a 10 min walk from the coach station and it's in a safe area. There is a Tesco/Greggs just around the corner - perfect for the hangover in a morning lol
It was nice to have a shower that you can only fit in, but you can move around in it too.
Just something to be mindful of - there is no lift. We were on the 4th floor. A lot of steps!
The building is dated however this doesn't affect stay.
