The friendly & helpfulness attitude of all the staff.
Nothing really.

The Breakfast Room was extremely pleasant - and private to residents ie. not in the main part of the pub. There was a selection of continental breakfast products, juices, tea and coffee which was available at all times.

Lovely Sunday Lunch, friendly staff.
Nighttime access, (we arrived back 2145 after being told bar would be open until at least 2230) is by a fire door at back of premises (left open) and either a long unlit walk or a drive which leaves you with a long reverse and difficult turn. Lack of security at night. Decided to leave at 10pm and return home. No contact from the hotel to address my complaints.
