Great room, so nostalgic, like jumping into the past. Fantastic staff! So very helpful! Couldn't ask for better. Great location in Soho near everything; food, theatres, Chinatown, metro, shopping, you name it.
Nothing really.

So central and the staff is really nice.
Only thing I really found awkward off any hotel is charging to hold luggage.

Nicely designed and comfortably fitted - a very pleasant bar/lounge downstairs. Excellent location at the heart of Soho.
The rooms were very small, uncomfortably so. Ours was on the top floor and reasonably ok but our daughter’s was in the basement and tiny, with no natural light - and extremely expensive for what it was.
