How would I know? See what I didn't like.
I didn't stay at the hotel I booked. Got bumped to another, cheaper one nearby having been assured it was better. Told me they had 'works' going on but no evidence of this. I paid the full price at the Indigo then was walked round to the next hotel. Given a voucher for a drink at the roof bar at the Indigo but the bar was closed for a private function! Got a voucher for a breakfast at the Indigo but people were complaining about the time it took to come down as there was only 1 lift working so couldn't use this as I was on a tight timescale. When I tried to complain in the morning there was no one there (so they said) to deal with it but this was dealt with in such an unconcerned & routine way that I can only assume it's a regular thing. Left my details but, 2 weeks later, no contact from anyone. This is a scammy way to run a business.

decent location, but expensive for what it is, it could be better with its niche attempt in design and look,
cleanliness was average. jdkjdskjsdjdjksdjsdkl. jdoksodopisps.

the breakfast and rooftop view
The facilities were very limited. the bathroom was very poor as it wasn’t cordoned off so leaked into room

Everything, the location is amazing if you are traveling for leisure, and the staff are really friendly and helpful

Location excellent, our room very cosy, comfortable bed, loads of hot water and a lovely
choice of breakfast to start the day.
The Elevators were too slow. We decided to use the stairs to breakfast room to find the
door into the restaurant was locked.
God forbid but if there was a fire it would be difficult to escape. To be fair we had two
fire extinguishers directly outside our room No. 711.
Tea arrives too quick resulting in becoming cold. Either hold the tea or use teapots.

Bed was comfy!
BUGS IN BED! I woke up to find a bug in my bed. I was told I'd get a call back from the manager to move rooms but never did. When I called them, at first they said there was no bug, then I showed them a picture to which they then said it was an "ant". I was forced to stay in my same room that night as they were unwilling to move me or cancel the reservation. Some of the staff were amazing to work with, but others were not helpful at all - especially senior management.
Additionally, my room was on the second floor which was said to be sound proofed but you could hear everything from the street. I requested earplugs and they never sent them up.

Location was fantastic. A view over Leicester Square at a price about 60% of what we've paid previously at the Hampshire Edwardian.
There didn't appear to be an extractor fan in the shower room. When taking a shower, the temperature raised far too much and the air con couldn't cool the room down.

Good size room with bathroom. Very clean. Kettle with tea/coffee. Didn’t have breakfast went to a Pret opposite and sat in small park just in front of hotel. Good roof top bar with friendly staff and service.
Difficult to find. It’s actually next to M&M shop but maybe they can’t say that.

I was really surprised to be given a room upgrade. The room on the 6th floor was lovely and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I appreciated the decaf coffee as this is not often provided. It did get noisy at night being close to Leicester square but that is part of the location's experience.
Overall a great experience and I will visit again in the future
The only draw back was the wifi. It was slow and kept dropping. I was not aware of the paid wifi and would have selected that option if I had known about it.

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent.
It was very noisy in the main entrance with people going up and down from the bar. They were very rowdy and there was no priority or lift for guest staying in the hotel.

The location
Couldn’t use the bar or restaurant because of private party. Showers were spraying everywhere and the hand shower was disgustingly dirty.

Great location.
Size of room was compact and we were upgraded. Mould in shower.

The room we got didn't have windows. I did not expect this for the price we paid. It wasn't said anywhere that this is was even a possibility and the stuff didn't offer any compensation claiming that we booked "any standard room".

Great rooftop bar, you had a wonderful view of the London skyline. Breakfast buffet was the best. Location very walkable to all the sites.
Room size was small, but nice
