The location was fantastic.
We arrived at about 1pm as went to see a show at 2pm. If we wanted to check in early it would have cost us an extra £50! We left our bags there and checked in after the show.

Location
Cut room access 15 minutes to check out. When we finally got into our room, facility personnel showed up 5 minutes later letting us know that we had to check out. WTF

The location next to Leicester Square is very convenient to many attractions and restaurants, as well as the Tube. The staff was very welcoming.
The floor in the bathroom was squishy in multiple areas. It didn't feel safe. While the breakfast was good, we had to go to a different hotel around the corner. Different, but not a big deal. Only one elevator worked, which caused some wait times.

The location was ideal for what we wanted to see or visit. The breakfast was quite good.
The hotel lift broke down and was out of action for about half of the time of our stay. Using the stairs to the room was not good enough. The breakfast was in a nearby hotel. Not what we expected. At the hotel there was not a comfortable stand alone bar, lounge or restaurant.
