Um Natal atribulado

A localização e de ter estacionamento. Mas não compensa os pontos negativos. E o proprietário é muito atencioso, atendeu sempre o telefone e pede sempre desculpa... Até porque já é habitual a casa dar problemas, e por isso o diagnóstico é rápido e a solução é basicamente sempre a mesma, desligar aparelhos eléctricos. Se quer viver uma aventura dentro do alojamento, não procure mais!!

Por onde começar... A casa é antiga, bonita, com espaço para famílias grandes, mas só se aguenta no verão e se não estiver muito calor. De inverno é péssimo. A instalação elétrica não aguenta a carga. A casa tem 4 pisos, os eletrodomésticos da cozinha são todos elétricos ( pelo menos são bons), a água aquece com termoacumulador ( 1 grande e outro para WC sótão). Então funciona assim: se tomar banho no sótão e lavar a loiça na cozinha, já só consegue meter um bico do fogão a trabalhar e esqueça aquecedores ou secador de cabelo. Nos quartos não há aquecimento, excepto 3 aquecedores de chão, que só podem trabalhar no mínimo e desde que não se ligue mais nada. A salamandra aquece bem a sala de jantar, já a cozinha tem chaminé grande(antiga ok) mas entra muito vento frio, tornando a experiência de cozinhar excelente, caso a intenção seja ficar doente. Na primeira noite, tentei aquecer água na chaleira, o quadro disparou várias vezes. Depois de contactar o proprietário, percebemos que, afinal, não se deve usar aquela tomada porque dispara e não se sabe porquê. Neste caso, aconselho o proprietário a selar ou retirar a dita tomada. Depois, e porque o quadro estava quente, tivemos de esperar até conseguir ligar alguma coisa além das luzes. Na segunda noite, quando tentei fazer o jantar, em plena consoada, não consegui porque dispararam os dois termoacumuladores. Voltei a ligar ao proprietário, tive de desligar os termo acumuladores para poder ligar o fogão. E entretanto, aquecer os quartos... Só depois. Já a limpeza é péssima. A D. Isabel é uma simpatia, mas pelos vistos tem de limpar tudo sozinha e não dá mão a tudo. A mesa da sala de jantar tem uma toalha plastificada suja, com tinta, e estava cheia de migalhas. O tapete e os cortinados estão cinzentos. Havia loiça suja pelo meio da limpa. Os edredons têm nódoas. Só se via limpeza nos lençóis, estavam lavados e cheiravam bem.

A localização da casa era fantástica. Tinhamos espaço para todos. Agua super quente.
