Located in Savannah, this charming condo for $434 per night is a great option for your next break. 'Savannah, where every house is a museum of sorts, every acre a romantic tomb preserving our collective Southern past. In Savannah it is useless to pretend we aren't all connected. And as such, you may as well grab a traveller and come along for the ride". Beautiful historic loft on River Street with Savannah brick walls and wood floors thru-out encase this upscale modern comfortable home. Eclectic decor, enter this loft from historical (google it) Factor's Walk Alley and you will see from the foyer, large open areas for entertaining as well as your own balcony overlooking River Street and the Savannah River. Private ensuite offers a king bed. Additionally, there is a Queen Murphy Bed. Spend hours watching cargo ships and tugboats go by as well as the activity of River Street. It is a favorite place to start your day with coffee or end your day with a glass of wine. After touring Savannah, come back to the comforts of home. This River Street loft has a beautiful private suite that offers a king size bed and private bath with slate floors and slate shower. A Murphy Bed has a comfy queen mattress. There is a second bathroom with a large shower. For your convenience, there is a full size washer/dryer and ample closet space. TV can be seen from every seat in the living area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, if you choose to eat in. There is a 42' high definition flatscreen TV with the option to sign into your own streaming services. The loft also has fast Wifi supplied by Comcast. Our guests enjoy complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar, tea varieties, quality bed linens, bath towels and down comforters. Maps, menus and touring information is available for your convenience. For your pleasure, enjoy the local books about the city and history of Savannah. A very special benefit to this loft is the lack of climbing steps to have a 2nd floor view of River Street and the Savannah River. You enter from the alley side at the front door (5 small steps) but are on the 2nd floor on the river side. This is wonderful for people who don't like climbing stairs or have difficulty with steps. You can enjoy River Street without ever leaving the loft. You can drive right up to the door to unload your luggage or groceries then park your car in designated city parking spaces. No parking in the alley.

We’ve been to Savannah numerous times but this was our first time at this VRBO (but won’t be the last). Of course a fantastic location but also an incredible property. Host was the most responsive I’ve ever dealt with and the loft was spotless upon arrival. No issues or inconveniences at all. We will absolutely return. Knowing the city I figured it would be a little noisy from River Street but it was not. Balcony makes for fabulous coffee location watching the cargo ships head out and is great people watching at night.

Great location on the riverfront with that balcony! My 85 yr old mother and I stayed there. We enjoyed watching the huge ships traveling in the river and watching the folks walking with their cocktails up and down River Street. In our younger days we would have joined them! LOL Several folks said they wished they were staying where we stayed.

This was by far the best place we have stayed in Savannah. Communication with the owner was great. The location couldn’t be beat. We have stayed in many different locations during the four years our daughter went to college at SCAD and this was by far our most favorite place. The location right on River Street provided easy access to many great places to eat. The location had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Highly recommend staying at this location!

Maryln was wonderful to work with. Loft was everything advertised! Perfect location for a great view of the riverfront from the balcony. We were amazed at the large ships passing by! Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. I was told about this loft from a friend who had stayed before and I was not disappointed. I would definitely stay again at this location.

We enjoyed the open space and sitting on the balcony rather it was in the morning with coffee or at night with a cocktail.Having the kitchen was great so we could do some of our own meals.Having 2 bathrooms was nice and convienant.The furnishings were very comfortable.You cant beat a good nights rest and we throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future

The property was bigger than expected. Even better than expected. The location absolutely perfect. No need for a car! We walked everywhere. Checkin very easy. Marlyn was great with communication. Be specific if coming with Uber. Our driver had a little trouble finding it, but Marlyns directions were spot on! Loved it!!!!

Great location. Marlyn was very fast with responding to a couple questions we had. Eateries and shopping easy walking. We loved watching the ships go by from our balcony! We walked the River walkway. It is a good distance to walk. We did find an outdoor elevator by Hyatt hotel and that worked out great...tired from walking around historic district..no steps to get to River St.

This place is utterly charming, cozy, comfortable, well equipped and right in the heart of the riverfront action. The balcony was extra fun. You just feel like you're living in a little piece of history. I absolutely loved my stay here!

This was the best vacation experience we have ever had. The view of the river, fire works, and location to attractions was perfect. Took the tour around town to find options and started walking the next day.

Great location for what we were looking for. Very nice apartment overlooking River Street. Comfortable accommodations with great view of Savannah River. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. We only used the master bed and it was very comfortable. As an added bonus we happened to be in the apartment
when the Christmas Parade was going on! Wonderful surprise as we had no idea it was going to happen the weekend we were in town. Parking can be tricky but we got lucky and found parking on the ramp for 2 of the 3 days we were in town. The last day we drove to some sights we wanted to see and upon returning realized there was no close parking. We had to park about 5 blocks away. We realized later is was due the the parade crowd taking up parking. For us it wasn't really an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Great view of the river and freighters going by - we felt we could almost reach out and touch them from our balcony. Spent time people watching from the deck and everything was an easy walk away. Only small problem - although we are very familiar with Savannah, we struggled trying to find the alley (Lower Factor). Once there it seemed easy and luckily found a parking space in the public lot accross the street, never needing to drive after that. Although there were all the utensils needed to cook we found it was an easy walk to too many good restaurants to make use of the kitchen. We have stayed at many different hotels and properties in Savannah. This is easily the best.

This was my 2nd stay at this property, and it was as amazing as the first stay. The loft is 100% as described, and the reviews from other guests reflect this. You're in the heart of it all and can walk anywhere. Do yourself a favor and book this loft for your next stay. The owner/manager was so kind and responsive, and we cannot wait to plan our next trip.

Located perfectly by the river. Walking distance to just about everything. The place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, set up with everything. We always stayed at the River St. Inn, however this is the place we will be booking from now on. Thank you for the beautiful stay!!

This place was amazing! The balcony overlooks River street with a straight view of the river and you can sit and watch ships pass by. It’s one floor up above shops so you can easily walk down and shop or try the restaurants or bar hop! We parked our car on Thursday and didn’t move it till we packed our car to leave on Monday. I can’t think of a better location to see Savannah from and we are already planning our next trip back!

Absolutely enjoyed our recent stay. The property was amazing for a view of the river as well as it furnishings. We had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Communication was excellent. Parking was easy across the street. It’s not always available but we were always able to find something close and move our car if needed. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch people and freighters go by. Hopefully we will make it back soon. Definitely would enjoy staying at the property again.

Savannah is a beautiful city and this loft is every bit as beautiful as the city itself. Very spacious, well supplied with everything you need, decorated wonderfully. The balcony is a bit small but comfortable enough for two people with drinks. The location is perfect, at the end of River Street, watch the ships go by from the balcony or just people watch. It's an old building so there is absolutely no noise from the crowds and the ghost tours park right below the balcony. You can chat with them while they wait to take people out every evening. I don't know what else I can say other than, if the price is affordable for you, this is THE place to stay. We'll never go anywhere else. If you decide to stay, read the notes left in the wall by previous guests. Seems everyone has had the exact same experience as us and just fell in love with the spot. Just book it, you'll be glad you did.

We had an amazing time in Savannah. The property was 5 star with perfect location. Everything we experienced was within walking distance or used uber for short trips. The food history and culture were perfect. For paranormal folks the ghost tours are top notch. Would not stay anywhere else when coming back!

What a charming apartment right in the hear of the Savannah River Street experience. This place has all the amenities you would need for a longer stay with all of the charm and ambience that enhances the charm of it's riverside location. The balcony is perforce for that morning coffee and enjoying the river scene or for late night drinks as the streets wind down. This place is well-maintained, clean and perfect for everything from a romantic getaway to a business visit.

The loft is absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We had a great time on our first visit to Savannah and especially enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
