Location, staff, no issues with hot water (which is casual problem in Rome), good soundproofing, (the neighbourhood is famous for its night life and it is really noisy at weekends but it was quiet inside the room with windows closed), the terrace in the room was a pleasant surprise
The terrace was great but needed some cleaning

Everything was ok . Very well located, near Termini station. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff.

The property was OK. The breakfast was Amazing. The room was clean but very outdated. The washroom was big, renovated and it had hot water with a very good shower head.
They were kind enough to give us a room prior to the official check in however it was located in the lower level. Not at a very convenient location. It worked for us but it could have been an issue for someone else.
