The Location.
The excellent housekeeping service.
The lovely breakfast spread.
The Complimentary tea/coffee and cake every evening.
Maybe more counter space in the bathroom, but it is a European hotel.

Excellent location. There are many conveniences nearby. Also, it was possible to walk to all the monuments in the city center. No need of taxi, Uber, or public transportation. The room was in a very quiet corner. On my room, I had a balcony with a wonderful view. Excellent bed, pillows and linen. Breakfast is excellent. You can notice that there is a chef - variety of fruit cuts on perfection; eggs prepared with excellence; waiter very solicit and efficient.
Lobby is a bit modest. No separated place to stay working while you wait for your room. Furniture is a bit old fashioned.

Perfect location.
It seemed slightly run down. And 33 Euros per person for breakfast!
