It’s comfortable, feels minimal and modern with history.
Elevator is really slow. Staff should help with luggage voluntarily. Breakfast is slow with service, staff is chatting too much, but they are nice. There isn’t enough gluten free options or vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast. The shower & bathroom is too small. Shower is uncomfortable with its positions.

Very central location close to everything. Nice historical building
The only complaint is that the elevator is very small and slow but it could be explained by the fact that it was monasteeryy before.

A very pretty and peaceful hotel right next to central Vienna. They had an amazing breakfast where you could order things from the menu and it was all included.
The bed had quite a lot of black hair in it, there was also hair on the toilet floor. They were out of slippers for one of us even though it was said to be included. Not a big thing but annoying to go to the sauna with sneakers on.
