The home is on south end of Colorado Springs with easy access to the highway. It's close to the foothills and just 10 minutes away from downtown, as well as the Broadmoor Hotel, World Arena, Shopping, Restaurants, Olympic Training Center, and Seven Falls. Just a few more minutes away are Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, Ft Carson, Peterson Air Force Base and Garden of the Gods. The Air Force Academy is about 20 minutes north. If you feel like whipping up a meal, you've got access to a large, well stocked kitchen. It's got everything you might need from pots and pans to cookie sheets to mixing bowls...for a more detailed list of what's included see below. To keep everyone comfortable and happy, you've got free WiFi and A/C. There is also huge park across the street for kids to burn off some steam yet close enough for you to sit on the front porch enjoying a beverage while watching them. After a long day of activity, you'll be ready for a good night sleep. There are beds for 7 people, as well as a sofa bed, air mattress and pack n' play. - ROOM 1 Upstairs: Large master bedroom has a king size bed, stunning mountain views and en-suite bath with tub and walk in closet and TV - ROOM 2 Upstairs: The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and views of the park - ROOM 3 Upstairs: Twin over full bunk bed and views of the park - The second bathroom with tub is right next to the bedrooms Each room comes with memory foam mattresses, fluffy towels, extra pillows and blankets. We had a very nice stay in this home. There were 5 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. I loved the fact that everything was supplied, including laundry pods. We found this to be one of the best stocked houses we've rented. The garage was a huge plus as we had snow while there. The location was great, neighborhood quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were dated, but functioning and very clean. We felt it was a good value and would stay there again. Very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at Winter Blossom for over a week and it was great. The house was super clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. The master bedroom is huge, as is the closet and the bed was so comfy. The house is in a super location that makes it convenient to get to all the main streets in Colorado Springs and the main highway. Having use of the garage was a great bonus to be able to come in and out through there. We didn't have any children with us, but we made use of the park across the street for evening walks. The neighborhood was very quiet and we saw some great sunsets over the mountains from the master bedroom. I would stay there again when returning to Colorado Springs and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this wonderful home while house hunting in the local area. The entire process was great, from check-in through check-out. The property is really amazing, with such a nice park right across the road. The best part of the entire stay was the owners. They were very easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. That alone is enough for me to recommend this property to anyone, all the other wonderful aspects are a bonus!

We were visiting for vacation. It was nice to have a place to come back to in between visiting all the attractions in the area. We didn’t have any problems in the home that we needed to contact Dana during our stay but she was very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is very cozy, roomy and lots of different areas to spread out. The kiddos. Enjoyed the foosball table and the selection of board games. It was nice to have multiple TVs in the home. I appreciate all the details to make the place comfortable and also the simple check in process. Overall enjoyed the place and would recommend that you stay there also.

Great place to stay and was able to get in contact with owners when needed. The only downside is there is no back yard space, but there is across the street which didn't help us much because we don't have small kids. The covered front porch was nice but the bushes could use a trim, so there was not much to look at. Overall, we had a great stay.

A lovely home with everything we needed in a great location. While we spent most of our time exploring the Colorado Springs area, we enjoyed the fully-stocked kitchen, the upstairs TV room and the games in the evenings. Dana was quick to respond when I contacted her with a question. We highly recommend this home!

Received an email with a “virtual key” and believed we would be able to access the home like a hotel key - that was not the case. I booked a day early knowing I would arrive late at night. When I arrived at around 1:30am, there was no way for me to access the virtual key. I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. I was left scrambling in the middle of the night in an unlit and dark driveway for more than an hour and finally booked a nearby hotel. The owner failed to disclose the house was for sale and a realtor lockbox was on the door. We were led to believe we would have exclusive use of the house during our stay. The yard had trash and the front of the house was boarded up. The yard hadn’t been mowed in awhile. We couldn’t access the house so I have no idea what the interior actually looks like. The owner finally contacted me after 7am the day after we were supposed to begin our stay and said he didn’t realize he hadn’t provided entry information to VRBO. By the time the owner finally responded, we had already made other reservations for the remainder of our trip. Despite all of this, the owner refused to refund our money. VRBO’s customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This house is very comfortable & easy access to sights such as Cheyenne Mtn, Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs & Pikes Peak. It is also not far from downtown. Our kids (ages 11 & 14) enjoyed the foosball table immensely. The host was very easy to communicate with & helpful.

We enjoyed the area and the size of the house. We had a lot of issues with the upstairs being blazing hot while downstairs was super cold. The kitchen was not well stocked and I had to wash every dish before I could use them. We also had a 4 year old with us that naps and the "kid" room was extremely bright with no curtains to block out the sun. Just FYI if you have a youngster that requires naps! The host was responsive when I texted her about the heat, but we had to open windows upstairs.

We gathered as a family of 5 adults in the Springs early November and had a marvelous time. The condo is spacious with plenty of sleeping space. It was nice and cozy despite the chill in the air. The kitchen and dining space were adequate providing us the opportunity to make multiple meals there. We appreciated the games in the game room and even tried Foosball! There are two gathering spaces with TVs and comfy couches - perfect for the few lulls between our activities.
The location is close to downtown, malls, restaurants, really everything in the Springs. We did everything from the cog railroad to Pike Peak’s summit to the Olympic Museum and miniature golf!
We hope to return again for another family gathering.

We had a great time here! The property is located very close to GOG, Manitou Incline, Old city downtown.. loved the location! It is also close to grocery stores and there's a great gas station two minutes away that was very convenient! The owners were prompt in responding to our emails and were very helpful. The cleaners could do a better job cleaning, we conveyed that to the owners, and they were going to let the cleaners know about it for the future. Overall we had a really nice stay! My kids also enjoyed the park that's a few steps away in the neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed our time at the house. Our grandson loved the games and toys and we loved being able to play at the park across the street. The security of a garage was a great extra bonus. The ease of traveling to and from the house was great. We would definitely stay at the house again. Our grandson is still talking about the fun he had at the house. Every need was anticipated we were so pleased with the house.
