Staff was very helpful and polite, food was excellent.
No mirror in the room and toilet seat had no plastic seat on it.

Very practical when you travel from Milan: breakfast already from 6 a.m. on, possibility to leave car there for a fee and use the shuttle. 5 comfortable beds and very clean. Receptionist very nice and responsive.
Bathroom and room dated and you can hear the street well (which we already expected though due to the location).

Fast and convenient shuttle service to Malpensa Airport. Good restaurant on premises and short walk into the centre. Rooms are basic, but clean and have private bathroom
No lift, if you struggle with stairs. I only had 1 luggage and was fine
