Very convenient for one night stay on our way to Sicily .
They helped us park our rental car and extra baggage for four nights which was very nice. The staff was very cooperative and courteous
All was good

This was such a bummer! We arrived later than planned due to a cancelled train from Milan. I had a sick son and we called the second we stepped off the train for a shuttle. We ended up waiting in the rain for 45 min for a shuttle. No one seemed the least bit worried and the boys had a very early flight the next morning. After being in the rain and cold my son ended up in bed for 2 weeks after arriving home. The beds were as hard as a rock and not a good night for any of us. I wish we has stayed at the Sheraton.
Beds, the long wait for the shuttle
